Great customer service! We had a mini split unit installed and we are very pleased. Marc made sure it was properly installed and made it look neat on the exterior wall. He even took the time to show us how to operate the system. We plan to hire him for annual maintenance on our home and rentals.

Always thrilled with the service we receive. Marc handles everything professionally, promptly, and with attention to detail. Always on time. Eager to explain any issues clearly. The work is completed efficiently and he keeps our system running as it should. Marc is reliable and honest and always goes above and beyond for us. Damaged wall replacing water heater. When we contacted them and the BBB, all lies. Such dishonest ppl.
Lied about ladder, lied about the job they did, blamed me (front desk) for not giving them more time (to call in help) because I wanted to close.
Actually I told them I would stay as long as they needed. Then got 2 of our employees to help get old water heater down (after they had dropped it and damaged wall). Hard to see damage in pics but we have to pay to repair (this is a business not personal home).
These 2 guys that came here are LIARS.. And the customer service is horrible, especially if your complaining about their work!!!
Call another plumber-these ppl don’t deserve your business!!!

Alex is patient and knows his stuff all things AC/Heat . I wish I had known him about 15 years ago.

Refrigerator Ice maker not working and a floor electrical outlet with a loose connection. Alex knew exactly what to do. He fixed the electrical very quickly. He had to order a part so he kept us informed with expected delivery and the timing of his follow up trip. He did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it

My dryer went out so I went to search for repair services. Looked around and Mid-City had very competitive diagnostic fee so I went with them and I wasn't disappointed.Service was punctual and professional and my dryer was back up and running in now time! I would definitely recommend you give them a call for your repairs you will not be disappointed.
