This service was a great experience. I purchased a Groupon for a dryer vent cleaning and had NO issues redeeming it. Paul was professional yet friendly and provided great customer service. He kept me informed, so I knew what to expect from my initial inquiry through completion. I highly recommend this company.

Miracle Cleaners sent Paul Booth out after accidentally disconnecting the dryer vent in my Condo. I opted to have the vents cleaned also due to hadn’t had it done for some time. My dryer vents on the top of a high 2 story Condo. 15 years I have lived here and no company or individual had ever cleaned the vent from the roof. He showed me pictures after and I am amazed my Condo hadn’t caught on fire from what the other companies, contractors had neglected. I give this company and Paul the highest rating there is. What a blessing!!!!!

Paul and his team did an amazing job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent! Paul was friendly, very communicative, and answered all of our questions. He also offered a teacher discount and a service combo discount, which we truly appreciated. Great service all around!

We had an awesome experience today with Joe and Trevis from Duct Doctor! Both Joe and Trevis were extremely professional but also very personable and informative. My husband and I learned a lot of new things about our vent and duct system. I was impressed by how Joe showed us pictures as they went through the steps of cleaning and encapsulation. I think they might have left the floors cleaner than when they got here!

We are so pleased with Duct Doctor! Three guys were here and they were all so polite and hard workers. They got here at 9 and didn't leave until almost 4. They took down all 23 of the vents and cleaned them. We had mold on some of the metal and the ducts were so dirty. They cleaned and sanitized all the air ducts in our 3 units in the attic and put some sort of bacterial spray that went all the way through the ducts to kill anything in there, like mold. It was a very impressive process. They take pictures to show you what comes out of the vents. They cleaned up any debris that had fallen and did a walk though to make sure we we happy.

Duct Doctor completed the duct and vent cleaning job successfully. The company was quick to address any concerns and their focus on customer satisfaction is clearly evident.

Nice people, but they left my house in a much worse condition. They got sheet rock all over the floors, on my bed, stove, everywhere. Why they would not hold a pan under the vent while unscrewing it I will never know.

The appointment was set and all work was done on the appointment date and time scheduled and team was very professional lead by Tressley. Team left house as clean as it was when they started job. Very knowledgeable. Would definitely use their services again!!

Duct dr was on time. Technician tried mto clean dryer vent. Told me it separated in wall and he could not clean. Asked him to go in attic and check other end. Said he couldn’t clean from attic as it might rip duct. Asked for pictures, never given after three requests. I paid 200.00 for cleaning and they were unable to perform service due to duct condition. My money was refunded. The owner called me to try and see what he could do. Very personable and really tried to help. In my opinion, I will have to hire a contractor to reroute duct to another wall due to the poor design of the original building. I recommend this business because the owner went overboard to try and help.
