Our medical facilities were recently cleaned by Duct Doctor of Baton Rouge and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They took the time to explain the process, showed us before-and-after images, and made sure every vent and return was cleaned properly.

Because this is a medical facility, air quality is especially important to us. The difference was noticeable immediately. Improved airflow, reduced dust, and a cleaner, fresher environment.

Their technicians were respectful of our workspace, worked around our schedule, and maintained a very clean jobsite throughout the service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and understand the importance of doing the job right.

They are always friendly and fast and knowledgeable.

Whether I need freon or duck tape the folks at ACME have the supplies that keep me working.

Dock area a little small, but the unloading crew was very nice & professional.

Friendly staff was in and out quick with a load
Dock loading was a bit tight and so was turning around with a big truck but it's manageable

We go almost every morning to get their delicious breakfast croissants. My favorite is the bacon and egg.. my son too however, my boyfriend likes the ham and egg. The croissants melt in your mouth!

I was off work on vacation for a week at home with my dog beanie when my a.c. went out one night.my cousin recommended them because she had called them the day before So I called alpha air the next morning and they came and fixed my a.c. that same day. They kept beanie and i chilled out on a hot summer day and left me with money in my pockets for beer and dog biscuits.
