Another AC COMPANY came to my residence & told me I needed a Compressor. The AC DOCTOR checked the unit out & all it was is the capacitor, save me about 1600.00 dollars. Honesty goes a long way with me . Thanks AC DOCTOR.

Jeff was a delight. My AC wasn't working. He found a small hole on my evaporator coil. instead of replacing the whole unit, he was able to weld the hole shut. Saved me a bunch of money. He fixed the condenser fan motor and replaced the capacitors too. He is now on my permanent rolodex.

I used MY AC Doctor (MAD)'s service twice - one to repair my ac last year and recently repair my heating unit. He is very responsive and very professional, fixed my problems quickly in both visits. He explained to me the exact problems with my HVAC unit, and fixed them at very reasonable costs. He always thought from customer's side to save money while getting the job done. I will definitelly call him again if I have other problems with my HVAC unit.

Jeff fixed my AC unit last year. He also fixed my heating systems and replaced the burned control boards in Jan. this year. He was very responsive and professional. He explained to me the problems of the heaters and how to fix them. He left the bad parts to show what he had replaced. His charges were very reasonable. 1/8/25, my tenant called me around 6:00 pm, because AC had no hot air. I sent message to Mr. Li about the issue, he arrived around 7:00 pm and fixed problem before 9:00 pm. Very good service.

MyACDoctor responded quickly and got the damn thing done! Other businesses that I called, before I found him, said it would take 3 weeks or just weren’t capable of fixing our refrigerated pastry display case. MyACDoctor (I feel so bad I didn’t get his name because he’s a one man show) came to the rescue, got our business exactly the part we needed at a fantastic value and VERY quick. He diagnosed it was a compressor issue and a leak that he happily showed me where it was. He even took the time to call around to make sure we weren’t going to be charged an arm and a leg. Our pastry case is running like new, if not better, and he even gave us a warranty on the parts and his service. Fantastic and sweet man who goes above and beyond. He worked his butt off and made sure we were not only up and running again, but quickly, efficiently, clean and secured. Did not break the bank and definitely won the hearts and trust of our staff.

Came out same day and fixed issue at very reasonable price. Gave photos of all the work he did and went up and beyond the initial service to discover other issues. Unfortunately did not want to perform leak test on system so maybe only use for basic repairs. Very nice, honest, dependable guy!

The crew arrived as expected. Within about 30 minutes, they had our gas fireplace and chimney inspected and running. (We are in a new house, so we wanted to have it checked out before we turned it on.) Everyone was friendly and had a great demeanor. Price was right too! They even let me make a video of them showing how to start it and all of the different parts of the unit. (I'm a newbie to a gas fireplace.)

I had my dryer duct work cleaned today and they were amazing! They were on time (early, actually!), and inspected everything: at the dryer, in the attic, and the cap where it vents on the roof. He explained everything to me and was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Can I tell you Jonathan saved my deal at Regency Real Estate, LLC! On the inspection report, the chimney flue was to be cleaned and the issue had not been addressed prior to my closing. Down to the wire, I called CC Chimney Sweep and mentioned my situation. Jonathan who answered my call was very friendly, polite and understanding, saved my day. His response time in cleaning my chimney was impeccable. Whereas, his competitor needed a month. Otherwise, I could have lost my deal.

These are truly honest people! They’re professional and honest. They came today to clean my fireplace, they examined it, showed me how to keep the flute closed, explained and answered questions. Said that the fireplace was fine and didn’t need cleaning. I was willing to pay them for cleaning but Chris said it didn’t need it. How many other people would have done that? None that I know of….. They are truly honest people!! I highly recommend them! I’m telling my story to everyone I meet! Thank you Chris!!

The crew arrived on time and were very friendly. I felt very comfortable with them working our home. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. We noticed right away that the slight musty aroma we encountered when we come in the house was gone. We were very impressed with their work and will use them again.
