This is our first home with a fireplace, so finding someone like Johnathan to not only inspect and clean it but also answer all of our questions and show us how to operate it is amazing. Jonathan was prompt, professional, and after he cleared my fireplace of a swarm of wasps, told me that I needed to have a plumber come out to unlock or turn on the gas. He did a visual inspection, but without having gas on and burning something, how was my fireplace fully inspected? Also, I received no pictures and was charged the full inspection price (-$25.00). :-/

Professional. Knowledgeable. Excellent work. Thorough job. Inspected the chimney from multiple aspects, even inspected in the attic. Found an issue in the attic and was able to resolve it. Tidy. My house doesn’t smell like a fireplace. There’s no soot anywhere—can’t even tell the chimney was swept. I don’t quite know what I was expecting but the next-level cleanliness and complete lack of mess was not it. He came totally prepared. Courteous and quick. I will absolutely be calling them again. Great service, from first contact, to finished work .Will recommend to friends and family

We specifically called to have our chimney cleaned but that didn’t happen. Upon arriving, Jonathan glanced up our chimney and said, “We don’t have brushes small enough to clean this chimney.” We were puzzled because no one in 48 years has ever told us that. Then he tells us that we need our firebox replaced at a cost of $4000, and for another $700, he could waterproof our three chimneys. After he left, I realized that in the end, my chimney would still be dirty. We were disappointed. Thankfully we found an honest person in our area who arrived with the proper equipment to do the cleaning job and also make a few small repairs. Beware of a company who comes to your home to do a job but is not equipped to do it.

I contacted C.C.’s after a nest of chimney swifts decided to take up residence in my chimney in June/July. After they flew the coupe, I got Jonathan and his co worker to come out to inspect And clean the chimney. They did an incredible job and gave me a lot of good tips and ideas on what I could do with my fireplace…. Since I’ve Not used it since I purchased the house two years ago, it gives me a peace of mind if I do decide to burn a fire in my fireplace this winter. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Jonathan and Cole came the morning after I called them to clear a compacted squirrels nest in my chimney. The chimney wasn't drafting because of the blockage and the gas logs were producing a thick smell in the house. They cleaned out two lawn bags of leaves and twigs. They were professional, quick, clean and performed the work at the price they quoted. Could not ask for better!
