Mr. Harry Munster III has done several jobs for me at my home. He is an excellent carpenter and cut a very old antique mantel to fit my fireplace. You could not see any seams or places where he had to drill into the brick. He cleaned everything up and I could not tell any mess was made. He is very personable which is important when dealing with people. I would definitely use him again. Ten stars!!! Billie Brown

We have used Home360 for all our home repairs since we bought our home in 2011 when we had a new roof installed. One of our most recent repairs was for the wood pillars at the front of our home. They were very worn and with cracks on several and the bottom of each had rotted. Thanks to Harry Munster, a very skilled carpenter, they now look brand new! We initially believed we would have to replace all four, but Harry assured us he could fix them at a fraction of the cost for new pillars. In less than a day, Harry trimmed, patched, cleaned and painted them. We highly recommend Harry for any carpentry work.

I've used home360 for various reasons throughout the years and they never seem to disappoint. Recently Mr. Harry completed some work repairing my exterior door. He did an amazing job at repairing the door and saved me a lot of money with repairing instead of replacing the whole door. Home 360 saved the day once again. great company and great customer service.

Mike Farrar installed a home wall oven. He was on time, he was very neat in unpacking the new and removing the old oven. He gave us the price for the job , was able to explain what he was doing as the installation progressed. We are very satisfied with his work and the price for the job. We plan to call for him for another job. We have used Home 360 in the past and have always been satisfied with both their employees and their prices.

Home 360 sent me a carpenter named John Doss. He is the best!! He did more than carpentry for me. He did tile in my bathroom and kitchen, which I love. He's very detail oriented in everything he did, which was basically a long honey do list on top of the big jobs he did for me. He is extremely trustworthy. I feel very comfortable leaving my home in his hands if I can't be there. He's the only one I'm going to want for future jobs.

We have used the services of plumber Matt Carlisle at Home 360 many times, and have only good things to say about him. Ever friendly, courteous, and professional, Matt always does an excellent job and charges quite reasonable--or even *better* than reasonable--prices. Whenever we have some plumbing work that needs doing--whether a big job, a small one, or anything in between--Matt is the person we call.

This is my second time using John Doss of Home360. Once again, he has done an amazing job. This time fixing my door and installing new plumbing access panels. He was professional, courteous, quick, efficient, and didn't hurt my wallet. I'm very impressed with the overall quality of Mr. Doss' work. He's a reliable and talented carpenter, and I highly recommend him for small repairs and larger projects.

Mr. Tim was very friendly and knowledgeable. From start to finish the entire team truly cared about my appliance being repaired as soon as possible. Mr. Tim even provided me with education to care for my appliances correctly.

Have dealt with Home360 since the 80's, I appreciate the honesty, friendliness, and quick response. Never late, worker shows up at the scheduled time, and if they can come earlier they contact me to make sure it's ok. The customer service reps are very friendly and accommodating. Josh with Aqua Guys Plumbing assisted with this particular issue I was experiencing with my hot water heaters. Thank you Josh for your suggestions.

Michael Farrar is a great electrician! He has been out to our house several times and we've been happy with his work each time. He is very polite and professional. Michael is so knowledgeable too. Not only did he fix our problem but he took the time to explain what was causing the issue so we could prevent it from happening again. If you need an electrician, request Michael every time. We certainly do!

I recently had a microwave installed by Chad Lebright, HOME360 appliance technician. Chad truly went above and beyond. Not only was he incredibly kind and professional, but he also took great care to make sure the install was perfect and kept the area clean throughout the installation process. His thoughtful approach and attention to detail made a significant difference, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.I can't say enough great things about him. Highly recommend to everyone!

Unfortunately, I have to return to my review to update it. At First, I was very happy with the service I received. The heating element on my dryer went out on Labor Day. Luckily home 360 was able to send someone out that day, on a holiday. Chad was fantastic, replaced the element and at that time I had no issues. Unfortunately, one month later my dryer stopped working all together. I could hear the clicks between cycles, confirmed power to the outlet, But nothing when pressing the button. Chad was able to come back out two days later, restore function to the dryer, and he also went above and beyond to clean out the vent/duct in my attic. I was very appreciative. But now- TWO days later there is no heat to my dryer AGAIN. At this point, I don’t know if it’s previous repairs, or if this dryer, after three years, is now a lemon. But at this point I’m not wasting anymore money on repairs and I am forced to purchase a new dryer.

Work done the first time did not hold continued to leak. The same pipe that was patch with putty did not hold as I stated it wouldn’t when it was suggested, it was done out of laziness and pure greed. Hoyt the plumber came back out changed out the pipe to PVC as I wanted THE FIRST TIME instead of patching a big leak with putty!!! I knew it wouldn’t hold and I’m not a plumber. Hoyt charged me an additional $258 FOR THE PVC on top of the $340 I paid for the putty previously that he had to remove just to put PVC on. That could’ve been done the first time and if it wasn’t able to be done CORRECTLY because of obstruction it should NOT have been done! He did work he knew would possibly not hold, then warrants the work then don’t stand by the warranty. HSD plumbing and home 360 scams women I guess and I’m never using either again. Hopefully my pipe holds this time!

I highly recommend Home360. My parents were in need of having work done around the house and it’s nice to have a trustworthy company that is state licensed and insured that can be called 24/7. It’s their customer service, they are second to none. When I call their office, I am always pleased with their representatives which are always courteous and helpful. The craftsmen used were always professional, punctual and always took great care to leave the home just as they found it. The quality of work done was outstanding, and my parents would definitely use them again.

We have used many specialists at Home360 over the years. Last year we needed to install safety grab bars in the shower. Harry Munster came out and he did an excellent job installing them. He measured everything very carefully before drilling into the shower wall, and consulted with us to be sure we would be pleased with the final locations. He needed to add reinforcing in the wall behind the shower which required removing drywall. After he had installed the additional 2 x 4 and completed the job, he did an excellent job of patching and painting the area where the drywall was removed. We will definitely call Mr. Munster again when we need some carpentry work.

I am always pleased with the work that Home360 provides. They are very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. Mr. Scott demonstrated very courteous and very friendly and always answered my questions and concerns. Would call again and recommend to others.

Mr Larry came out today to service my air conditioner, he had a great personality, top notch professionalism, knew exactly how to fix our issue. Our air is working better than ever, and we didn’t have to break the bank to do it. Some other companies tried to price gouge us. Mr Larry made us very comfortable and confident that he knew what he was doing and he did, ask for him if you have any issues.

Often, I rely on Home360 to help with jobs around my house. They are easy to book and do business. I am writing this review because Harry Munster (carpenter) requested. He had the proper tools to do the job. He communicated well with me. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time. The work hasn’t failed after a few weeks. Pricing was reasonable for the degree of effort needed. If needed, I would contact Home 360 again if needed to get a quote for other carpentry jobs.
