I had a great experience yesterday with Home 360. I had a complete stoppage in my main sewer line outside for a few days by then. It was funny because another company I had called recommended a man named David, who worked at Home 360, and had the equipment needed for my problem. Wow that was nice of that guy.

I then called Home 360 and specifically asked for David to come out. He was here within 2 hours. He was a complete professional, he had the right equipment (a powerful drain cleaner), he quickly assessed the situation and went to work, and he even wore a mask and gloves in 92* heat. After a few tries, he successfully unclogged my sewer line. It took him under an hour.

His name is David Johnson. I highly recommend this man for any of your Home 360 repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, offerred some advice about my issue, and was a complete professional! And guess what else? The price was the best of all, under $120! Thank you Trudy. Thank you David. I appreciate your service! Robyn Estopinal

Home 360 has always ended up being the company that actually fixed the problem instead of just patching it. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees who show up when they say they will. Explain what they need to do for the repair and charge a fair price for quality work.
Edit: I forgot to mention that my most recent call was for plumbing and to credit Mr. Hoyt who came out and fixed the issue.

Great customer experience. The scheduling staff are nice, and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Unfortunately, our fridge couldn't be saved, but that's okay. We appreciated the help diagnosing the problem and now have a new fridge.

Mr Harry Munster III performed excellent carpenter services for me today. He was on time, very skilled, very personable, and took extra care to clean up once he was done! Awesome experience and I’d definitely use him again.

I've been using Home 360 for several years.
I've had service for plumbing, electrical and HVAC and have always had dependable, courteous service. My a/c guy (John) has come to know my dog and takes time to play with her when he comes to the house.

I was having an issue with my Samsung dryer, but unfortunately, it is difficult to find people to work on that brand. Home 360 solved the issue for me. Chad is an experienced repair tech who diagnosed and fixed the issue in less than half an hour. The dryer works like new now. I found Chad to be knowledgeable, professional, very personable, prompt, and easy to schedule an appointment with. In addition, the cost of the repair was extremely fair, especially given my own lack of expertise in the area. I would recommend Chad and Home 360 to anyone needing appliance repair.

He knows his stuff and didn't waste time trying to b.s. me. He said he sells Trane units because they're the least serviced, longest lasting, best warrantied units available. My research verifies that. Don't automaticlly skip him just because you can't afford a Trane, ask him what he can do for your budget.
He did a super thorough check on all vents and the airflow is now consistent across my house. His estimate came back faster than everyone else's too. He offered me a deal in the off season and I took it because I know he can't offer that in the summer.
I was easily able to verify what he told me and he was professional. The unit dropped my elected bill too, amazing.

AC went out. I called the number I heard on the radio. When they were on the way I received a text that showed where Josh was and I could track him all the way here- love this feature! Very professional, fast, & efficient. They had an extensive knowledge of how to give me the best system within my budget. Our system was over 15 years old, it ran up my electric bill and was very loud. Our new system has decreased our electric bill significantly and is so quiet. Our large open concept living room & kitchen have a lot of windows and was always way colder/hotter than the rest of the house. They fixed that issue too.

My AC wasn’t cooling and was reading 78 when set at 70! Josh, with Comfort Tech, was very knowledgeable. He was at my house same day AND fixed the problems quickly! If price is an issue, there is a financing option available if needed! Thankfully, my house is now cool & comfortable again! Thank you Josh!

I had them replace the igniter in my heater & install an air scrubber to help purify the air in the house. They were in and out much sooner than inspected. I would let anyone else work on my AC.
