It's all about the up sale with this company. They'll come in and tell you all kinds of things wrong with your system, but after a second opinion, it's all BS. Also charged me $500 for 4 lbs of freon. Never again. Go with smaller family owned companies.

They are always in time and very professional. They give you a thorough assessment and the cost for each ticket item. In addition, they give you the pros and cons of fixing or leaving deficiencies unfixed.

Every tech that I have seen through one hour has been polite, professional, and efficient. Britt has done several of my check ups and is always ontime and professional.

One Hour technicians came in for their annual check up and discovered a serious CO leak from a crack in the gas heat exchanger. Within 24 hours of the discovery a completely new AC and Heating system was installed. It pays to be a member of their One Hour premium maintenance program. The service was exceptional.

Bobby was very professional and answered all of our questions. He asked some very good questions of his own; climbed in the attic and looked the furnace over. He fully explained the situation in detail and provided estimates on two options for removing and replacing our furnace.

Darren was both efficient and effective - explained some information about filters to me that I have not previously heard. He even changed a filter I have difficulty reaching. He answered my questions, and did not talk down to me. That's important. I really enjoy having a maintenance plan like this.

I woke up to a 59° house & called One Hour A/C & Heating. Todd, the service tech, arrived in a couple hours & got my heater fixed & running. He was nice & knowledgeable. I thought the price was pretty high, even with my Club Member discount, but my heat is on & working. I give One Hour a thumbs up.

Kasey came out today. He arrived early and with a smile on his face! I love when he comes because he’s always so nice and friendly and always kind to all of my animals! Very efficient service, honest and gets the job done!
