Brad, Drake, Tyler and Jeff replaced supply air duct and registers and removed the old supply duct and registers. They were friendly and considerate and finished hours before I expected. Tiger Air also replaced my furnace and a/c 4 years ago. Reasonable prices and quality work and products. I can't say enough great things about this company.

Techs Brad and Tyler were on time. Went right to work on annual maint. Finished 3 units in less than 1-1/2 hrs. Left everything clean - inside and out. Explained what they found, overall condition of the units.

As usual, happy with the service Tiger AC provided.

Other AC companies claim to be 24 hr, 7 days a week but when I called them, they couldn't get to me for a few days, whereas Tiger Air Conditioning came through like a champ! They came out on a Sunday evening to get me cool again! Brad and Darren are great technicians and went above and beyond! Thank you all soo much! From now in it's Tiger Air Conditioning for me!

I had my heating unit checked out for scheduled maintenance today by Brad. He thoroughly explained what he checked out and/or tested to make sure everything was safe. He was very professional, polite and friendly. A very good representative for Tiger Air!

Professional, friendly, respectful , aware of leaving area better than they found it!

My A/C stopped cooling on a Sunday night at 6:30pm. I called and a technician returned my call within 10 minutes. Since it was so late and I have another A/C unit, Bradley, the technician told me he could be at my house in a couple of hours or at 6am the next morning if that was acceptable to me. He arrived at my house promptly at 6am and had my unit cooling again a couple of hours later.
I have been using Tiger Air for years and have never had a complaint.

Brad and Tyler were the service personnel who repaired our air conditioner, and they did a wonderful job. They were polite, efficient, and thorough in their work and in the way they treated my wife and me. They had to install a new mechanism (which I did not understand), which required getting a part from a supplier. They also discovered a few other problems with the A/C, which they fixed after they installed the new mechanism. They were great.

I had Tiger come out and replace one of my broken ducts and raise up my primary condensate. They were very professional and helpful! Brad and Tyler did a great, swift install. I would absolutely call them back if I needed something else in the future.

I have used Tiger Air several times for maintenance and repairs. Most recently they installed all new duct work in my older home. They are very professional and efficient. Several different employees have come and all seem very knowledgeable. They have even helped me make the most cost efficient decisions about my units when I thought I needed to spend much more. I have never had any problems with repairs or cleanings they have done.
I would reccommend them for any needs.

We were facing 90 degree heat over a holiday weekend. Most people wouldn’t be available or have made time to help us. Brad with Tiger AC took the time to save us from the heat and did it a quick and efficient manner. I plan on continuing Brad and Tiger AC for all my air conditioning needs.

We just needed annual maintenance but I was very impressed with the service from Brad. Friendly, respectful and communicative. He told me exactly what he was going to be doing every step of the way and fully explained how the system performed in his tests. Many of my neighbors use Tiger AC, and I will continue to do so as well.

Mr.Bradley came out on a weekend was very professional, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. He wasn’t able to fix the initial issue but told me not to worry because he could get me up and running the next day. The next day he calls and told me what time he was going to come out to replace my outside unit and he was early. Mr.Bradley brought his helper drake and they both were awesome and what they do. I wish more people in this world cared as much as these two guys. Best experience with a contractor I’ve ever had. Would only call tiger air if this is the quality of workers they hire for any other issue I have or for maintenance.

Less than 24 hours and I had a new condensing unit replaced!
