My last experience with them was questionable.
The usual guy didn't show up, we got another tech for an inspection/and service.
He claimed to have found issues with the condition of the outside unit and the inside unit, both needing new capacitors. He showed me that the inside capacitor was rigged up in a dangerous manor (I really do not believe this but had no proof to call him out) but *they* had been servicing my AC and heater for the last eight years (He was calling out the last tech.)
In the end I paid about $300 more than the service fee.
(I wonder if they get commission for doing more work than what they were called to do?)
I don’t have faith in that tech and since I don’t know if he will return, I probably won’t be using them anymore.
This will be my last update on Fire and Ice, it was a good run.

My opinion has not changed, Fire and Ice offers a great service and I will continue to call them for our Heating and Cooling needs.
Nick has come out everytime we needed help, great guy!
Britney has returned all calls with no issues.

Fire and Ice was referred to me by a friend in the A/C repair business a few years ago. I've called on them a few times and every time I was very pleased with their service.
Nick has been the tech to come by every time. Nick is professional, polite and personable, (he's a nice guy).Whoever answers the phone is just as nice as Nick, they call you back when they say they will.
In my early years my father used to say to me, "always find a good mechanic/doctor BEFORE you need one". In this case *Fire and Ice* is one of those businesses.

Quick response on call out after work hours to replace a relay, very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Excellent.

I received a referral for Fire & Ice about 3 or 4 years ago. They have consistently delivered fast, professional and friendly customer service for both our personal and rental properties. That means more in South Louisiana than words can begin to say. I would highly recommend giving them a chance to earn your business, too.

Todays service technician Christian was a very polite, and a well mannered young man, can’t say enough good about him, his expertise and get it done work ethic. Christian came out this morning and (actually) listened to our concerns. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and show us a solution that saves us a ton. He also gave us great advice and what to watch for. Very much appreciated the no pressure engagement yet thorough and professional service. I will surely call on these guys in the future and highly recommend them.

Dylan was awesome: Professional, straightforward, friendly, and most importantly - got our HVAC issues resolved quickly. After spending a weekend dealing with shady, dishonest companies, it was a breath of fresh air to work with Fire and Ice Heating & Air. Will be calling them again!

We recently upgraded our HVAC system, and we chose Fire & Ice to do the job for us. We're very pleased working with Nick and his team. Nick always took time to talk to us and answered any question that we had. Brittany was always on hand to pick up our call when we needed them. Our old AC system was close to 30 years old. We were actually thinking of replacing it a few years back when it had a problem, so we called Fire & Ice to give us a quote. When Nick came out, he fixed the issue, and he never pressured us to buy a new system. Since that fix, the AC ran for another 3 years without any problem. Now, since the weather is changing and it's getting hotter and hotter each summer, we decided it's time to retire our old AC unit. Nick's skills and integrity impressed us. We trusted him since then, and we considered him a friend. We're very happy with Nick and his team. They're always nice, friendly, and prompt. We appreciate them very much, and we look forward to chatting with Nick each time he comes to our house.

Nick is the kindest most polite AC technician. He came in with a great big welcoming smile and told me what he was going to do before he started. Thanks again Nick
