Casey Bradley is the best HVAC technician I've had (in 40 years) - responsive, personable, and skilled.

The technician was polite, efficient, and thorough. And he did wear his mask the whole time during his inspection and service.

This was our 6 months maintenance contract. Our repairman did a wonderful job, he was early, and he explained everything in detail.

Casey was awesome. Very knowledgeable and honest! Thank you for coming out on Easter Sunday!! We truly appreciate it!

Olin came in and started the maintenance on my AC. He explained what needed to be completed immediately and what I need to be on the lookout for. He was also very friendly.

Had to get an entire new system installed. They showed up at 7:00 AM and was done at 1:30 PM. Very kind and polite people and did an awesome job with the install!

Olin was great and did a great job. I have no issues with Olin or River City Air. Look forward to many more years to come of great service !

We have been with One Hour for years and have never experienced any issues. They are professional and very knowledgeable regarding the AC/heating system they installed.

I've bought two AC units from River City for my house (front in 2005 and back unit in 2007) and they have worked wonderfully, my electrical bill is half of what it was before I replaced them. I have service contracts with River City on both units and they check them twice a year - my AC always works - Thanks Guys!

River City Air has an employee named Steve. He is unlicensed and morally unfit to enter your property. He started a job to replace my entire system in the company truck and after being paid did not return to complete the job. I will be posting pictures of this man as well as the unfinished work. Although he thinks he may have gotten away with this, the storm has only just begun. I have posted photos of his unfinished and unacceptable work. After paying him almost 1300.00 my family continues to be subjected to unbearable temperatures above 80'

Bobby did a fantastic job replacing my evaporator coils. He was punctual, courteous, professional and completed the job within the time frame that he quoted us.

The technician was timely and professional! Outstanding service and very competent. He was able to explain what he was doing without talking over my head and gave fair prices and honest answers.

I called River City Air as my 3 year old unit was icing up. I figured I was low on Freon as that typically what causes. I was anticipating a routine cleaning and "charge up" of system. The technician basically told me my unit was never installed correctly and said I was missing one critical unit and that I had burned up my fan motor. Anyway he said it was be $4,300 to get it fixed. I did not believe him and called a local mom and pop A/C service provider. Ends up my filter had just gotten a little to dirty to let the needed air through it to keep it from freezing---he charged me $75 for visit and I replaced filter myself---air is blowing fine now. He further said that I didn't need a cleaning nor any freon as the unit was just fine.

Very poor quality work that has cost me a lot of money to fix their mistakes and left a mess behind for me to clean up. Ended up taking the heat pump which was not cheap out and replacing it with conventional unit with a different company. The work they did was terrible.

I had my Air Conditioning system safety check today & Britton was very thorough with his inspection of the indoor & outdoor unit. He was very professional, polite, & courteous.
