Stephen was very knowledgeable and took his time checking all parts that needed replacing. He explained what he was doing and was able to fix my issues. I would highly recommend Stephen for any HVAC repairs.

I paid this company $582.00 to come out and fight my drain line and not 4 hours later still having the same issue. Call them to let them know issue was not fixed. In order for them to come back they wanted to charge me another $582. THEY DO NOT WARRANT THEIR WORK. DO NOT USE.

Great help and very informative, letting us know the options without pressuring to much on the sales, signed up with them!

Update: professional company but they charge the highest, 644$ for garbage disposal replacement, nothing extra, and thats with their 15 or 20% discount when you have membership, didn't find out until after I called other companies. Learned my lesson i guess!

After having this new hvac unit for 5 months, my intuition and suspicions were correct. I asked them to install the same size unit I already had, to protect the unit and let it have less cycles kicking on and off. They insisted that it was completely necessary to install a larger unit due to new types of refrigerant. Now my unit kicks on and off every 10 minutes from cooling too quickly, which will add an immense amount of wear and tear to the unit. I'm also not happy about being convinced to buy a trane, when i really just wanted the cheaper unit(they last almost just as long). 18,000$ later and i have an oversized unit. At least it works.

Chris Dean is very professional, knowledgeable and driven about his job. He informed me both visually and vocally about what my hot
water heater looked like at this time with photos as well as recommending that I get a new one installed.

Josh was courteous and professional but most of all he was very knowledgeable in his trade! He came in assessed what was going on with my stopped up plumbing issue and went right to work to fix it. I can not say enough on how overall pleased I am with him and Southern Air and Plumbing. I would definitely recommend him for a plumbing problem!

Braylon came to perform the annual heating maintenence for my system. He did a very thorough check on everything involved and found that it all looked good. He was able to explain what he found to me in a manner that was easy to understand. Braylon is very personable, polite, patient and able to explain his findings to me in simple language. He is a definite asset to Southern Air!

I recently hired Southern Air (Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing) for a plumbing job and I am very happy with their work. Hank Hughes was my Sales/Technician, and from the very beginning, he was outstanding.
Before arriving, Hank took the time to speak with me and understand the issue. He showed up on time, went straight to work, and was kind, courteous, and highly professional throughout the entire visit. He respected my home, which means a lot to us—we’re very particular about keeping a clean space, and Hank was incredibly mindful of that.
He quickly diagnosed the issue, made calls around town to locate the necessary part, picked it up himself, and completed the repair the same day. His efficiency and dedication were truly a blessing.
If I ever have another plumbing or AC issue, Hank Hughes will be my first call. I highly recommend Southern Air and especially Hank for anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and top-notch service.

I told the tech to do the pressure test, not put a valve on the line because I didn’t want to spend that much money when I could put the valve on myself. I just needed the test to make sure everything in my house was good. When he got done, he told me the price and I told him that I told him not to put the valve on. I told him to take it off and he said he couldn’t take it off that the job was already done. I told him do the test only. I spent over $1,100.00 that I didn’t have because he failed to listen to what I told him not to do. $600.00+ dollars is INSANE to charge to put a $40 valve on the line. I understand charging $400 to pressure test but that much to put a valve on a line is an absolute rip off to your customers.

I feel like I was taken advantage of due to my age and gender.
The work was never completed. I had to continue to call requesting to get the work done. Never Did. I am into them at $15,600 for plumbing materials and one electrical socket moved about 1 foot. Approximately 12 - 15 hours labor. Each time someone came out I had to take a vacation day to be there. Five total days. One of the employees said he had to go to HD for parts. Did not return until about 3 -4 hours later. Clearly he had been working on another job because he was sweaty. They used some of my tools that I never got replaced. I'm just sick about all this.

Our inspector, Mason, was attentive and respective when listening to our concerns about our A/C unit. He gave us good advice on maintaining the unit, learning how to handle repairs, and where to source equipment if need be. I’m very impressed with Southern Air and how quickly Mason was able to communicate a clean and simple path forward for our unit.

Gregg was GREAT!!! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated his kindness and genuinely wanting to do the best for me. Upon leaving my house we were outside and got to see an incredible site- a bald eagle carrying a duck! Do not think I shall ever hopefully see that again. True story just ask him about that.

Kolton performed an excellent job during our maintenance checkup. He kept me informed about each step taken. I would like Kolton to be the person who visits us for our maintenance checkups in the future.

Josh Bye found all kinds of organic growth in my AC system. He has a great plan to get it all fixed up. What a great guy! I can't believe we have been breathing in this crud. Get Southern Air out today!
