Extremely hostile environment. Guy at the check in counter was rude and wanted to take his bad day out on me. Unloading starts at 8am, and if you pull up before then the unloaders whine and complain. One of the unloaders Grant had the best attitude. The only one I didn’t hear remarks from in regards to me being there “too early.”

This is a great faucet repair business. They have so many parts. Other places had whole assemblies but no parts for repair.

These guys are truly talented. They know everything about plumbing. They welded a custom shower drain for me that was perfect, and they charged me less than $20.

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. No reason to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and go support a great local company, you won't regret it.

Very knowledgeable. We needed a certain part my husband had to describe to them. They were able to interpret our needs. Friendly and clean.

I went in not knowing a thing about plumbing. I showed them a picture of what I had and instructions for what I was getting. They took the time to show me all the parts and how they assembled in front of me and explained what exactly I would need to do. Friendly people!

Brought in 2 very old outdoor faucets that were leaking from the handle hoping only he had the parts available for me to fix it myself. Instead he took them back, cleaned them up, and replaced the parts for $13 a piece! Unbelievable experience.

I had a leaky lavatory sink that was also hard to turn on. I pulled out the old valve and brought it to B&B. I have not been to a place more unsociable. He got a valve off the shelf and rebuilt it to mimic mine. I get it home and put it in my faucet, to find out that it works backwards; you have to turn it to the right to turn it on, and to the left to turn it off. You are fooling yourself if you think it is American made parts.

Extremely helpful. Helped me find parts that fit my old sink that is no longer manufactured. Will be going back for my future DIY projects. Can't recommend them enough

The very best for :
1. obscure parts/valves/pipes/fittings that aren't at HD, Loe's or Cobrn's
2. knowledge needed for layman do-it-yourselfers like me,
3. friendliness and cleanliness,
4. immediate or short wait time service.

Twice I have driven back and forth around town to get a part closer to my house. Now I know if it is hard to find online, it will be nearly impossible to find at HD or Co'brn and the good employees there simply don't have the expertise needed to identify and tell you what you need. Now I'm going straight to B & B.

Last time they had the valve that was no where else, but instead of pushing the sale (32$) they asked me what my problem was. Upon learning more, he just took my old pitted valve to the back, cleaned it on a lave, greased it, made it like new and charged me $5.50.

Amazing that a place like this still exists.

Needed Kohler tub valve and they changed to O rings and I bought a spring kit. Grand total was $3. Great people and very helpful. They have what you need!

Visited this business looking for a nozzle for my Kohler faucet that wasn’t working. Informed that they didn’t carry the part. However they took their time looking up the model, part, and phone number for me to submit a claim to Kohler for a replacement part. Also was informed Kohler offers a lifetime warranty on their parts!!! Excellent news!!! I contacted Kohler’s customer service to file my claim and received my replacement part today. Thank you soooooo much for the knowledge and assisting me!!! If I ever need a pet in the future I shall go to this business FIRST!
