Came in with a part (diverter stem) from a tub that was leaking. I assumed it was something that they would need to order and I would have to wait for it to arrive. However, 10 minutes later I was out of there, stem fully repaired. They know exactly what they're doing. Good people doing a good job. Thanks!

I have been to this store about five times for different things that broke around the house and these guys are the best there is . They have most times been able to repair the broken faucet rather than sell me a new one and did the work for a very reasonable price right at the counter while I waited. customer service is top notch. I only wished they fixed cars also.

Even without electricity after flooding, the good people at B&B Faucet Repair opened their shop for a customer who had spent half a day visiting other stores without finding the right parts.
Not only did B&B instantly recognize my valves' brands and styles and were able to advise me on their assembly, but they had every part I needed and recommended parts that I didn't know existed that really made my life easier.

If you need to repair a faucet, don't waste your time going anywhere else. If they can't help you with what they have in stock, they will fabricate what you need. They once fabricated a valve removal tool for me for a valve that hadn't been made for 50 years.

They fixed my old gold Jado faucet! Took lots of effort -- very appreciative. Highly recommend these great guys. Plumber had said it was toast.

Had leaky 70's model tub faucets. Brought them here and got all new internals and gaskets as well as free polishing on the brass fittings for just over $20! Works like brand new now.
Don't go anywhere else for faucet repairs. These guys are the best - hands down.

Best small business place in BR. Chuck knows more about faucets, stems, valves than I ever forgot! He needs to teach classes at trade schools! I have Circa 1977 Mixet faucets on my bath tubs that needed re-working. finally, on the 3rd try and buying stems, handles, I FIXED the faucet myself. Thanks You Tube as well for tutorials and Chuck for lessons to learn. A GEM of a place for plumbers and do it yourselfers...Easily 5 stars!

My wife had flat tire outside of this business. The owner of this business changed tire for my wife. He referred me to a tire place down the street where I bought two almost brand new all terrain truck tires very reasonable. I tried to give the man some money and he said just put that money on the tires you need. We were very blessed to have a flat in front of this business.

B & B was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me to fix a couple of 80 year old bath valves. They rebuilt the internals while I waited and only charged $8.80! They literally saved me hundreds and hundreds of dollars by preventing me from having to go into the wall to replace the entire valve. B & B has made another lifelong customer.

These guy's were awesome! They saved me $400.00... The water heater went out at my house. I went to 2 plumbing supply houses, and an appliance supply house( that I have used and trusted for years,) I told each of them as I told the guys at B&B; that I did apartment for 10 years and I've worked on 100's of electric water heaters, but have never done any more than light the pilot on gas ones.I explained what was going on with it and all I could think to do was replace the gas valve. luckily the other supply houses couldn't get the gas valve and told me I should just buy a new water heater at Home Depot or Lowe's. The appliance supply store suggested I try B&B 1st. I'm glad I did, they told me it was probably the thermocouple... It only cost $8.00! We have hot water tonight thanks to you guys at B&B! Thank you all!

I have an old crane sink (1940's) that was leaking and I was unable to find replacement parts anywhere in town. I was told to try B&B faucet and I'm glad I did. They had exactly what I needed and did great work swiftly. ( in and out in less than 10 minutes). I will definitely return if I need plumbing bits in the future. I wish other businesses made things as easy as B&B did.

best place go for hard find plumbing items . they speak soon you enter, thing hard believe people dont speak anymore, they take time help you atmosphere quite and gentle so you a plumber stop by they even got free water. ol skool country folks get you back to your job. never long line i been there 3 times and not had problem. in/out with product

I would recommend B&B plumbing supply to everyone. I went there today and Mr. Bordelon helped me with a almost 50 year tub faucet replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Needless to say I soaked up all that knowledge, went home and changed the faucet like I was a master plumber. I just want to thank him and his lovely sister for putting a smile on me and my mom’s face and helping me save my mom $100’s of dollars in repair cost. May God Bless them both and their business. We will definitely be back for our next bathroom project..

I went in on my lunch break to see about either getting a new shower valve, stems, and handles or fixing up my existing stuff that is about 30 years old. Jason was absolutely amazing, he cleaned and repaired my existing set up right then. I was able to watch a few interactions with other customers while he was working on my valve and they really know their stuff. Whether it was existing customers or someone who had never been there before, they helped every person who walked through the door. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I possibly can.

When the faucet handle on our shower broke, I took it apart and brought it to Home Depot - could not find a match. I tried Lowe's - no luck. I was about to give up when a buddy suggested B&B Faucet on Florida Blvd.

B&B is a compact, low-profile operation in a part of town that is not exactly gleaming. However, I really wanted to fix this valve.

A quiet gentleman behind the counter studied the valve and valve stem, and explained that the hardware was imported. He didn't have the parts, so he made them in less than 5 minutes.

That shower handle still works like a charm more than 18 months later. Baton Rouge is fortunate to have this resource.

I was referred here by a worker from Lowe’s. He couldn’t figure it out so he sent me to b&b. One of the gentleman at b&b listened to my issue, assessed the problem, then told me step by step how to fix my shower handle. He was patient and kind. I really appreciate that. I had to replace a few cartridges in our faucets recently. Lowe’s and Home Depot didn’t have the one I needed, so I went to B&B and the guy working knew exactly what piece I needed, gave me different options on what kind to use, thoroughly explained the difference and told me what I needed to do to finish the job. Very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I’ve been three times and each time had a great experience. I’ll be going here every time.
