My family and I have been using Ricky since the 80s. He and his crews are always professional, fair on price, delivers what he says. Removed and pruned trees.

This company was hired by my neighbor to cut down a dead tree and some dead limbs from another tree. I gave him permission to use my driveway to cut the dead tree as it was more convenient for his workers. Almost as soon as they started, they hit a live branch on an tree next to the one that was being cut down and it fell on my power and cable lines with such force that the service pole that my power line went into before going into the box was ripped off the wall of my brick home and over a 5 foot brick fence a few feet away. Mr. Vincent said he could not pay for an electrician to repair the damage and if I wanted power to my home I would have to pay for it myself. He assured me his insurer would get "right on it" and I would be reimbursed within a few days.

It is now 3 months later and he refuses to pay the claim; his insurer denied the liability claim and kicked it to his auto carrier who also denied the claim. He refuses to reimburse me for the hundreds of dollars I had to spend to repair the damage to my home.

They were quick to come out, had the lowest cost we got quotes for, and were efficient when they were working. The tree was very close to our house and they did absolutely no damage. I'd recommend.

Tree Surgery By Ricky Vincent is my go to guy for tree work. When we moved in our current house Mr. Vincent and his crew removed 5 trees, one of which was the tallest in the neighborhood, and all overhung the house. They did a perfect job. In my opinion, they accomplished the impossible! Thank you Ricky!

A knowledgeable and experienced crew came out and handled a very delicate tree resting on another tree expertly, quickly and with the utmost care for my home and property. The staff was helpful and their records were impeccable. This is the tree service I will use as long as they remain in business.

Beware, this guy is volatile. I thought it was odd that he called on his way to our appointment to ask for directions being that we all have a map on our phones. We told him to turn on South, he turned on to North, then decided to call back irate insisting he didn't make an error.

The crew that came to our location yesterday were very professional. They did an outstanding job. I would recommend Mr. Ricky and his staff to anyone needing a tree service company.

i’m sure the service would’ve been nice if i got the chance to work with him. i sent my address and when he couldn’t find my home he called and told me "well if you don’t know where you live i can’t help you". he proceeded to be smart after i told him i didn’t have a sense of direction by telling me being here a week you should know where a certain landmark is.

Mr. Ricky Vincent is very personable and informative. He is fair and doesn't try to overcharge his customers.

Mr. Vincent has two crews that work for him and we had the pleasure of working with Mr. Danny Garcia and his crew.
Mr. Garcia's crew was hardworking and also personable. Every tree they cut down and every tree they trimmed THEY CLEARED AND HALLED IT OFF WITH THEM.

Had some limbs broken by the recent storms high up in 2 different trees. Ricky came out and took care of them quick and did a great job. They are really nice and professional. I would definitely use them again.

They were efficient and speedy. We had 2 large oak trees that needed to be thinned out and cleaned up.
One of the trees was encroaching on our neighbors yard. His crew trimmed everything and their clean up was great! Would definitely recommend this company

We had Mr. Vincent's crew out to our house to thin out four large oak trees. His crew arrived at about 8:30 in the morning and worked until 6:00 in the evening in what can only be described as miserably hot conditions. I appreciated their diligence and professional work. They left the yard as clean as when they arrived, and I have gotten compliments from my neighbors about how nice the trees look.

I had a tree
that was working on falling on my house in the middle of the night contacted the tree surgery by Ricky and they came out as early as possible which was around 6 AM they took care of absolutely everything nothing nothing damaged my home thanks to them they've came out and I gave them the rest of the trees in my yard to go on ahead and cut down they work fast very vigilant very aware of the surroundings made sure all the kids in the neighborhood and neighbors were safe while doing there job. I used Ricky Vincent's tree service to remove 6 trees on my property and prune a live oak. Ricky provided a prompt estimate that was well below what I had received from other services. Several of the trees were very near my home and we're removed without issue. His crew completed the entire job quickly and left a clean work site.

We called to have two large pine trees removed since they were in the way of where we needed to put in our fence. We are slackers and always wait until the last minute to do anything so of course we tried to find someone that could take these out quickly as we needed it done ASAP. These guys came out the same day I called and were able to get them out the next day, even with how busy they’ve been with hurricane cleanup I’m sure. I was so impressed by how nice and professional they are, it’s nearly impossible to get anyone to come out and/or follow up with anything so it was extremely refreshing that they did both without me having to call and ask what the hold up was.
