I was pleased with the experience I had with Zachary Tree Service. From management to the employees who actually did the work were knowledgeable, professional and polite. We had trees that needed to be taken down for quite some time, but being retired, the quotes we had gotten from other tree services were unaffordable. Zachary Tree Service was the exception. Now our trees are gone and we no longer have to worry about them falling on our house! I HIGHLY recommend them- you won’t be disappointed. They also clean the yard of any debris when they’re done.

Zachary Tree Service was very professional and gave me updates every step of the way. They were very responsive when I had questions and gave me a few different pricing options. I would like to have seen a little more care given to my yard from the cut limbs that fell as it did leave sizeable indentions in the ground. BUT, my overall experience was good and I will be using them again in the future.

From the estimate to the work done, all the employees I had contact with were knowledgeable and efficient. My yard with the trimmed trees looks great now! The crew picked up all the debris so besides the great looking trees, you can’t even tell they were here. One worker even put the garbage can back where we had it before we moved it away from the truck so the garbage truck could access it. We are very pleased with the service.

We have had Zachary Tree Service remove three different giant trees with stump removal and they did excellent work on all three jobs.

I cannot more highly recommend Zachary Tree Service!!! As soon as I called, Lucas was in touch with me to setup an appointment to assess the work I needed done, and to give me a quote. Lucas was very professional and kept in touch with me via phone and/or text to let me know when his crew could get the job done. I had a Dutch Elm and two Crepe Myrtles that needed trimming, and they did a fantastic job!!! The crew completely cleaned up the area and removed all the debris after the work was complete. I will definitely use Zachary Tree Service for any future tree trimming work!

From the first call, they showed urgency and professionalism—arriving quickly, assessing the situation with care, and getting to work immediately. The crew was courteous, efficient, and clearly experienced. They not only removed the fallen tree safely but also went above and beyond by cleaning up thoroughly and checking nearby branches for future risk. Zachary Tree Service did an excellent job removing a tree from the back of my property. Despite the limited access to the area, they handled the job professionally and efficiently. Their team worked with great care and precision, and I was especially impressed by the thorough cleanup afterward—there was no trace of the work left behind. Based on the quality of their service and attention to detail, I would definitely recommend them.

Zachary Tree Service did an excellent Job. They took great care when cutting down the trees and were very skilled especially where tree branches were over the house and windows. They were amazing and friendly too. I highly recommend them.

These guys are amazing. While they work, they also know how to make jokes to make you less nervous about the tree zip lining over your house. They also left our yard really clean. Other than the tree missing, you could not tell they were here.

A two man crew took down a gumball in my front yard and then fed the entire tree through a chipper. Amazing to watch. They handled the job very efficiently. The entire job took about an hour. They then dispatched a cleanup guy and a stump grinding team. You can’t tell the tree ever there and I am rid of the nasty gum balls! Highly recommended!

The team of men that showed up to remove two trees from my property were absolutely in sync. They clearly had a game plan. They were very efficient and when they were done, it was like they were never there. The cleanup was more impressive than the work they did. I would refer Zachary’s tree service to everyone. I know who needs a tree removal. Lastly, their prices were most competitive after I looked at five different contractors. They were the best price for the job I needed done. I highly recommend this company starting with Mr. Luke all the way to the awesome and professional ladies who I spoke to in the office. This organization is first class and I will use them again.
