Terrible company. When I brought my dryer to them they asked me to just leave it outside.

I'm not sure what this company actually does because they dont answer the phone, return phone calls, they're never open, they dont sell parts. I'm not sure what's going on.

The lack of professionalism and immaturity of every individual I encountered is unbelievable!! I would not recommend any humans or nonhumans uses this business EVER! They said they would contact me before completing work on my rental, failed to do so, then also failed to notify me it was done. When contacted, they became upset that I expected them to do so since that was our original conversation and agreement. They offered to remove the part and undo the work rather than some form of refund or discount. Then I had to show up at the office to actually speak with the owner, despite a week prior asking and being told someone would call me before the end of the business day. This place is a horribly run business in need of customer service skills and training. After a long discussion of the errors of their ways, I had to practically tell them how to resolve the issue rather than them making a single realistic offer to me or even a sincere apology. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!

I purchased a washing machine from these people after our washer went out. The first washer that we received made a loud screetching noise and started to take up to 3 hours to finish one load. We called them out and they replaced it. The second machine does not does not spin the clothes to get the water out and it does disperse the liquid fabric softener. We called them again and the tech ran a load with no clothes and said it ran fine and that the water still in the drum was normal? We called them about the second machine and they pretty much called us liers. They said that they sent us two working machines and that was it. They stop answering my phone calls and the owner would not call me back like they said she would. they where extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm still trying to understand what they think that I would gain from lying. I'm tired of ringing clothes out so I had to take a loan to buy a new machine. I guess I will have to eat the $170 that I paid for the machine. the only thing that I can do now is try to stop others from making the same mistake.

First of all He is a great A/C and Heating Professional. Also He did a lot of Handy Man Jobs. Again very Professional and knowledgeable of anything He does. A Perfectionist. All and all, a Great Guy. Bobby was excellent. He texted to let me know when he was arriving, he was here on time and spent a through amount of time inspecting, testing and cleaning each component of my three systems. Once shown where the systems were each differently located he did not need my attention and went about his business with no interference to what I was doing. Bobby was/is polite, personable and knows a/c systems well. He carefully explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. I could not imagine better service, thank you Bobby.

Replaced outside compressor and evaporator.

Coker air & Heat is wonderful: After we had a bad experience with the first HVAC company we called, could not diagnose the problem. We ended up calling Coker air&heat. Mr. Bobby came out and diagnosed it, got the parts in and replaced it. We are very happy with his service. The charge was reasonable.

This company is the epitome of knowledge, thorough workmanship from diagnosis to repair and communication from Angie, his wife, to Bob, the repairman. I have called on them from installing a surge protector, correcting the carbon monoxide pipe, an A/C cleaning where he actually sprayed the coils with a foam cleaner, to replacing my thermostat. All repairs were thoroughly explained, before and after pictures shown when necessary and in my estimation and most important, that all was fairly priced. Call on Coker Air & Heat!!!
