STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Mr. Al is extremely rude and unprofessional. First impression, he appears to be a nice person but if anything goes wrong you will see his true colors. He came to my mom's house to look at the AC fan outside of the house as it was not running but the AC was working fine inside the house. They fixed the AC system 2 weeks ago and my mom spent alot of money with this company for the A/C repair. The employee damaged my mom's ecobee thermostat while Mr. Al was talking to my dad and daughter in the living room. Mr. Al was not with his employee while his employee was in the hallway manipulating the ecobee thermostat eventhough the employee said she doesn't know much about the ecobee. His employee broke the ecobee and left my mom's AC no longer working when it was in fact working before they came. Mr. Al refused to be held accountable for the fault of his employee and left our home with the AC not working. The AC was working before they came. They are the same company that fixed my mom's AC about 2 weeks ago. Mr. Al said he train his employee well and refuse to believe his worker would make such a mistake. The only issue we had was with the fan outside not the ecobee. The employee twisted the ecobee while taking it out and broke it. The employee knows she broke it and Mr. Al was not even there when it happened as he was too busy talking with my daughter and dad. My mom spent alot of money with this company 2 weeks ago to fix her AC system. Mr. Al only came back today to check on the fan outside. Mr Al was so rude to my mom as she tried to explain what the employee did. I heard your disrespect and my sister heard your disrespect as well and you showed no remorse for what you did. How dare you tell my mom not to speak above you in her own house. She spent so much money with your business and look at how you treated her. Stay away from this company and take your business elsewhere.

I text Steve this morning and he was at my house at the time we agreed on. He did NOT try to sell me a new unit he repaired what was needed. It’s so nice to find an HONEST reliable AC serviceman. I HIGHLY recommend Siener Air

I was having issues mid-July, the last time in New Orleans you want to have AC trouble. Siener Air came out, diagnosed the issue and explained what happened with me, and corrected the problem in an efficient, courteous, and prompt manner. I highly recommend Siener Air.

Had Siener out to fix what another company had screwed up. They were super responsive, fixed the problem quickly and were very reasonably priced. I'm planning to have them out for another mini-split installation for the back portion of my house in the near future. I would recommend them to anyone.

We just built a new house in Slidell, La and Seiner Air installed a variable speed high efficiency air conditioning in our new house. Each room can be independently temperature controlled and our utility bills during the summer averaged $180.00 per month which was outstanding. We were super pleased with the professional install and the attention to details. I highly recommend Seiner Air to anyone looking to install or maintain their a/c systems.

They were responsive on the same day and repaired my thermostat. At this point, the thermostat is still working, and I have heat. They also were knowledgeable, very reasonable, and kind regarding the service. Should I have any other issues, I will be sure to use their service again, and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I called Siener Air in desperation when the AC in our fishing camp went down before the July 4th weekend. Al Siener gave me a "I'll try to get to you ASAP" date, even though he was loaded with calls during an extreme-heat series of days that stressed everyone's AC. He met the date and fixed my issue. He communicated with me multiple times by phone and by text. I'm very pleased.
