3 months with no refrigerator, 7 appointments way too long in between when I called could get no help because could not talk to a real person. You need to have a talk to a real person option

They were to come check refrigerator again for 4 or 5 time and never called nor did he show up but commented that I declined services. How did I declined services if I never saw him, this has been an on going problem for six months
