West plumbers were on time, able to show me the problem, answered my questions. They provided me information on cost for repairs (no surprise charges).They were accurate and speedy. I recommend this company.

Worst customer service. West came out to repair some plumbing. They cracked a pipe in the process and left behind the mess. Failed to inform that they cracked a pipe and would not return to fix the issue. Multiple attempts to contact. All west does is bill you for coming out and not even inspecting the issue. Highly do NOT recommend. Not even the courteous

West Plumbing in Gretna is the best! Period! I needed extensive work done in my kitchen and I was lucky enough to have “JILL” come to my home. So many times service persons will come into my home and browbeat me. Making my situation even worse but not Jill and West Plumbing! They accelerated their timeline to get me, explained repair options, and now my kitchen is better then new! Jill and West Plumbing equals No Worries!!

Oh my gosh, I am so pleased with this business. Melanie was super helpful on the phone, and Jill came out and unclogged my toilet and replaced my water softener for a very reasonable price. I can't recommend this business enough.

As a small business owner I take reviews seriously because half the time they are unwarranted, but not this time. I had a technician come out to unclog the upstairs toilet/tub drain that was draining slowly. (The bottom bathroom is working fine at this point) The technician was polite, worked quickly, and told me the drain was clear and ok to use. Later that night pressure in the line drove water up and FLOODED my ceiling, which had to be re-sheetrocked, textured, and painted. I called them back out to check the line again and the tech told me everything seemed to be draining fine and she has no idea what caused it to overflow. I don't know what she checked or did this time because I was not on site even though I requested a call ahead so I could meet with the tech. A few days later my tenant tells me she scared to use the upstairs bathroom because water backs up into the toilet if the shower runs long enough. To make matters worse the downstairs is now clogged, so the tech just pushed the clog further down instead of clearing it. I called again to get them out to finish the job they started and they want to charge time and half because it's a Saturday. After a brief conversation, I told Melanie nevermind this is ridiculous I'll find another company to finish the job and won't be using them again. She couldn't care less, just o well bye. Well goodbye West Plumbing.

I had a pipe clogged and needed to have a big job done in a certain time frame. I quoted a couple of companies and West plumbing gave me the best price. They worked tirelessly through rain to get the job done in time. 100% recommend.

I had a very clogged tub and I got service the next day. The plumber knew exactly what to do and was through in 30 minutes (or less). Reasonable charge and a great result! Thanks.

Terrible company. RIPOFF. Plumbers showed up a day late. Prices were a total ripoff. Plumber quoted a two hour job
for $600. Job took less than an hour. They are charging $600 an hour not $250 as quoted. Total, total ripoff. Buyer beware, look elsewhere.

Used West Plumbing in the past and was very satisfied with the work from their licensed plumber Jeremy. Called them yesterday afternoon for a blockage in my A/C drain line that my A/C guy said would have to be taken care of by a plumber. First thing this morning Jill, their other licensed plumber (who had called to tell me she was coming) came and assessed the situation and fixed not only the A/C drain line problem, but cleared another issue I was having with my washing machine drain line. Extremely pleased with the professionalism of Jill and the staff at West Plumbing. Would recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Water Bill was suddenly $1000 plus! West Plumbing had someone out fast to diagnose the problem and give an estimate. Scheduled service immediately and they got someone out soon. Came in under the estimate with quality work. Responsive. Reliable. Courteous. Honest. Reasonable.

I highly recommend West Plumbing. Melanie was able to promptly schedule a plumber to repair a sewer line under my house. The plumber was on time, polite and professional. Everything was completed in one day and the area was clean when she left. Best of all the price was much lower than what I was quoted elsewhere.

A company is only good as its employees and the quality of their work. My mother had a gas leak in a 50+ year old home. After a quick internet search, West Plumbing was my choice. I was exceptionally pleased with Ms. Melanie (office manager), Greg (owner), Bill (plumber #1) and Jill (plumber #2) with their professionalism and excellent service. This was a very challenging situation and this company provided excellent, compassionate, and high quality work on time. During these tough and uncertain times (pandemic), I was extremely grateful for their personal and caring approach to help my elderly mother during a stressful and scary gas leak. I can’t say enough good things about the office staff at West plumbing. Professional, quick,and also went above and beyond what was expected. They were able to get a technician out same day for my water heater that busted and had me with hot water in just a few hours. I highly recommend West Plumbing.

My plumbing was corrected by Jill after another company charged me top dollar for shoddy work. She was extremely professional, fast, and courteous. This is a company that I highly recommend for all your plumbing services. I will also add that the price was very fair. I only give credit to companies that act in this professional manner. I only wish all that all businesses worked the way this one has for me. West Plumbing is the best.

West plumbing is one of the best plumbing services in town. They arrive promptly when the appointment is. They are very easy and available to communicate with. They explain the job and different options in a way that's easy for a layman to understand. Their rates are reasonable. We use them very often, and they consistently provide excellent service and repairs.

Absolutely outstanding service ! From start to finish, they demonstrated the utmost professionalism , my job was handled with expertise and care. Not only were they prompt and efficient, but their pricing was incredibly reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Extremely disappointed with the services that were provided by West Plumbing. Not only did they quote less on the phone, and then over charged once on site , they left the site a mess with fecal matter which took hours after to clean. Nothing was offered in return when brought up with management. Its companies like this that give home services bad reputations... what happened to workmanship, pride of your worksite from start to finish? Would you leave your own home that way? your grandmothers home that way and then over charge? Do better.

This was my second time using this team of professionals and I will forever call them if I have plumbing issues.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to take a moment to share my story:
I had water coming from the base of my toilet for the second day in a row. I watched a few YouTube videos (like we all do) and thought I could fix it myself… like we all do. After realizing all the things that could go wrong (trust me, you want a professional working on your home with water issues).
I went to West Plumbing website and emailed the “contact us” and someone replied within the hour letting me know that I could be seen the very next day.
They showed up right on time and got to work immediately. Both of the gentlemen that came were polite, well-mannered and very knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they explained everything in detail.
My main line was clogged and they fixed it in a jiffy and things have been running smoothly ever since. Thank you to the team of experts; and a big shout out to the owner for instilling in your employees how important it is to take care of your customers (no matter what it takes) with THE ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE!

Beware this is the perfect example of an opportunistic, unethical, plumbing company. The only reason I hired them is because the priest at the church kept telling the congregation to patronize the businesses that pay for the church bulletin by means of advertisement.
West Plumbing places an advertisement in the St Ann church bulletin which states "for plumbing at its best call West! Local, Reliable and affordable!" By all means "local" is the only thing true about the advertisement.
I called West Plumbing for a leaking shower head on 1-10-25, and was informed a plumber would be sent the following week.
On the 14th , two plumbers came by and took off only the wall plate cover of the shower valve. They told my wife that the part would have to be ordered as it was an high end device. They were in the house for less then FORTY minutes, and charge my wife $ 500. Yes $500$. What a rip off!! Remember this was not a fix. When my wife inquired if any amount would be deducted after the final repair , the reply was " may be a little."
I think unethical companies advertise in the church bulletin to hoodwink the parishioners to make them look good . Moreover, I think, the Church does not make any back ground checks on these atrocious companies and is interested in only the money.
I believe word of mouth is the best advertisement that no money can buy. I had a "Local, Reliable, Affordable" and most of all, a very HONEST plumber come and replace the entire valve for less then what West Plumbing charged me to remove just the face plate.
I hope customers will do a little research before giving West plumbing, any business. Moreover this company is NOT BBB accredited. Wonder why?
Seen in other reviews that the owner either denies or has some other excuse for a poor review. Hence I am posting the invoice # and date of service as there will be no doubt. Invoice # 26843159 and date 1-14-25.
Also, since the plumbers were on the property that day, my wife decided to get a quote to have the water heaters replaced. This was before she was handed a $ 500 bill. That's another ridiculous and atrocious estimate. I am so glad it was just a quote and I did not give them the job. I think the plumbers took advantage of a woman that day . A little research goes a long way before falling for the words " Local, Reliable and affordable."
