I was looking to get my house and adjoining driveway, walkways, and patios pressure washed to put it on market. The top reviewed pressure wash companies in the area were booked more than a month out. I couldn't afford to delay so I called a few less reviewed places. Brendan was able to squeeze me in within 2 days while another clmpany could get my job done in the following week. I decided to go with Brendan as his estimate was very reasonable and I could get the pictures and listing of house in quick time.

Called Brendan over other companies because he had all high 5 star ratings and many of them. I was not disappointed! Brendan knows everything about power washing and how to do it right! He patiently explained how he would carefully clean my paver patio and protect the sand grout and how his special formula and soft wash method would clean my property, including my windows, safely and well while also protecting my gardens and keeping some community cats on the property safe. Brendan is a professional and a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. He even kindly sent photos of my property to show me the great results and his prices are very reasonable. Brendon did a great job on my house and driveway. I have a 3 story house with lots of stairs and railings. It has a combo of stucco and vinyl siding. The soft wash system worked great. I am very happy with the results. Brendon is very easy to work with and offered a reasonable price. I recommend him highly and will use him again.

I put off having my house washed for far too long because I was worried about the cost. Then I saw the sign in my neighbor’s yard and decided to give Brendon a call.

Had I known it would be this easy—and so reasonably priced—I would have done it a long time ago, especially with a white Hardie board house. Brendon was extremely responsive and offered a very fair price. I couldn’t believe the difference after my house got a bath!

This will definitely be a yearly thing now. Excellent service, excellent results, and excellent pricing.
