Unfortunately, today about an hour ago, the blue flash van with a trailer for sewage behind. It was running up and down the lower ninth ward empty in the nasty sewer. It was unbelievable.

These guys are super rude. Not only did they leave a complete mess in our bathroom (sewage footprints!💩), the guy also complained and cussed the entire time about working on a Friday. ???? So do the majority of Americans last time I checked. NOT a legit business. They complain about having to do their job.

Fast, dependable service for a fair price.

Called on May 10 for a drain cleaning. May 17 called again. Finally heard from someone about a week later who said they would send a proposal. Have yet to get anything from them, not even a "sorry" phone call. Called Roto Rooter, they came out in 2 hours and solved the problem efficiently and reasonably..

Blue Flash was called to unclog a toilet. The snake pushed through the ABS pipe and pulled roots out. I had to call another plumber to dig under the slab to repair the pipes. Meanwhile, the snake was left in the sink drain. The repair bill was over $8000.00 and Blue Flash was paid on top of this! When I brought it to their attention, the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She made up every excuse about what happened. She didn't see the damage, but the plumber we paid to fix it did. She called the plumber a liar. Blue Flash obviously never thinks they do wrong and are rude and insulting to long time customers. We have used them for years at the business and never will again. The sad thing is that we weren't going to ask to be reimbursed. We were just informing them of what happened.

Don't believe them when they say they are available 24 hours. We called at 5:30 on Friday for service, were told that the on call person would call us right back and "be there soon" to help fix our problem. Called back an hour later..."he'll call you in a few minutes". A third call half an hour later...yet another "someone will call you right back"...save yourself the headache and call someone else in the first place. I would have much preferred "we don't have anyone available" to getting the run around. Called someone else and they handled the call...lesson learned.

Blue Flash Sewer Service and their technicians, Chris and Brek, worked diligently to successfully unclog a storm drain in my back yard. They arrived earlier than I expected and it's a good thing they did as this job took longer than I thought it would. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill as it was less than I paid other rooter men in the past. I hope I don't need Blue Flash services any time soon, but they will be my go to sewer cleaning company in the future.

Don’t rely on them to actually come out when they say they’re going to. I called on a Thursday afternoon and was told they would get me on the schedule for Friday morning. I continued to call Friday when no one had showed up and was told that I was still “on the list and they would get to me that day”. They no showed for several days in a row and never called back after multiple calls to their answering service. I ended up having to call a different company after days of waiting on them and being told they were coming, only for them to never show up. Save yourself the time and hassle and use a different company.

Thursday night I had a clogged toilet. I selected another service which was going to run me about $800. The plumber/technician told me about Blue Flash. They were helpful, came that day, had to work extra hard because my house is old an no updates. The young man was knowledgeable and kind. The price was WAY lower and reasonable. I wiould recommend them highly and use them again,anytime.
