Had a major outside water leak, water flowing down my sidewalk. Jeff and Matt arrived on the seen, took control of the situation called the city, met with the inspector, scheduled the repair for the city Side and then was gone like superheroes! That's what I'M talking about!

Mudbug has been cleaning our storm drains for several years. The do a great job and I always learn something from the guys about my system.

EXTORTIONIST - On Nov 21, 2016, Mudbug Plumbing and Repair, Inc charged me for a job, I believed was completed 2 years ago, but the owner Daniel Bolner, Jr, charged me $655.00 dollars not to pull the permit from the water company, which he later did and then attempted to charge me an additional $895.00 for which he could not tell me WHY. Now I am in search of a new plumber because of the extortionist tactics of the owner Daniel Bolner, Jr.

I called regarding a repair to my sewage pipe. I told the rude lady who answered the phone blueflash had my video already of the underground pipes. She first asked if I could send it to her then said we don't accept video from other companies so we will still charge you for another video. UH NO.
Keep your rude business.

From the initial call to the job being complete, everything went smoothly. Very nice guys came out,. Explained everything and did all that was requested of them, plus more. We are very happy with service they provided.

I do not recommend them at all. All of the 1 star ratings are actually correct. I know more but just too much to post on here. Very unorganized company and the employees get scammed which is a entire separate topic.

Just dont hire them, call Stuarts or someone else..just not these guys

I have to say that I've been using mudbugs services for several inspections and Kim has to be one of the most professional and efficient people that I've ever worked with. I highly recommend her and mudbugs.

I called first thing on a Monday morning and they were at my house for 9am. They were very prompt and cleaned up after themselves. The office personnel are very polite and I received great service. I will be using their services again.

Mudbug plumbing was terrific! I had two emergencies and they came out right away. The second job was a big job and they managed to dig up the yard where needed and everything was cleaned up and taken care of. Thanks guys!

Mudbug did a great job replacing our full shower kit. Looks beautiful and works perfectly. The guys had to find ways to make the new work with the old. Well done.

We had the hot water jet rodding service done. Aaron was quick and professional. Due to the weather and traffic, it put him behind schedule. Aaron called immediately and explained the situation. I will recommend their services.

We called them out to detect a leak under the slab of our house. We were told buy the owner we had pvc pipes so he could not pin point the exact location but he gave us a general area and agreed to do the work. After finding that it would be a bigger challenge than he thought which took him about 2 weeks to get back to our home an also cutting holes in our walls he backed out of the job. Never detecting exactly where the leak was. After getting another plumber back out he said he needed to know where the leak was so he could tunnel and fix the leak. We called and called and argued with the owner for about 2wks. He finally came out with no tools and just put a x where we told him we believed the leak was after we did our own research and found a hot spot! After the new plumber came out he found out that we had copper pipes NOT PVC and he repaired the leak where we actually found it. I don't recommend them to anyone!!!

I called three other plumbers about standing water in my backyard and none of them could find a leak. Danny came out with his video machine and found the leak in about 30 minutes. They fixed the cracked pipe that day and it was cheaper than I expected. Thanks Mudbug Plumbing!

I've used many plumbing companies in 35 years, and Mudbug is the best. They're always there for my properties. Dependable, conscientious and polite staff. Highly recommended!

I called this business on a Thursday to perform a gas line inspection and create a permit so Atmos can return service to my rental property. They performed the work on the next day, a Friday. I asked asked if they were licensed and insured and was informed that they were. After the initial inspection was performed I was told it would be a few days before the city inspector comes out to inspect the lines as well. I spoke with city officials and we're told that Mudbug plumbing is not licensed in the city of Gretna where the work was being performed and are awaiting their paperwork to become licensed with them. So they agreed to perform the work without informing me that they were not licensed.
I called and spoke with their receptionist and was told that they were just bought out by a new owner and they did not feel it was necessary to keep their operating license in Gretna, yet they accepted the job and failed to inform me that we would be delayed until they mail in their paperwork and become licensed once again. On the following Monday I was told this paperwork was in the outgoing mail for that day. Instead of Thursday when they accepted the job, or Friday afternoon when the inspection was finished that morning. This delay in mailing coupled with awaiting for the company to be up to date in their licensure caused a six business day (10 full day) delay in my service.
If I were informed that they were not up to date in licensure I would most likely went with another company. I followed up daily with the city to see if they received it and once they did the city inspection was set the next business day. The entire delay was on on part of the plumbing company and not red tape on the city's side, which is usually the opposite case.
Unfortunately the plumbers that come our to perform the job we're very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a shame the front office is inept and performs shady business practices by accepting jobs and performing work without informing the customer that they would have to apply for full licensure and delay the process. I would look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Extremely expensive. They hooked up a kitchen sink and replaced two hoses in the bathroom. I had to hook up the gas to my stove myself. They did not install the style of water cut off vales I wanted. They charge 800$ for 90 minutes worth of work. I could not wait another three weeks for another plumber so I had to pay the outrageous price.

I have used Mudbug for over 10 years. They are my go-to plumbing service for the restaurant I manage. When I had my real estate license, I referred all of my clients to them for their pre-purchase plumbing inspection. As a homeowner, I trust only them to help maintain my home. I would definitely recommend them for ANY service.

The plumbers, Eldon and Aaron, were great! Eldon explained what he was doing and what repairs needed to be done. They were very efficient, kind and professional. I will definitely continue to use and recommend Mudbug Plumbing service.

The plumbers came out quickly to fix our toilet. It was fixed within minutes of their arrival. I was surprised at the cost, considering they were only here for about five minutes. However, I do understand there is a minimal charge for plumbing services.

I called Mudbugs Plumbing to rebuild the insides of 2 toilets . I already had all the parts to rebuild one toilet . They charged me 185.00 for the rebuild kit , I was charged 55.00 dollars to install the parts I all ready had .40.00 dollars for 2 flaps another 140.00 for labor which the plumber was only at my house for an hour . The total cost to rebuild my 2 toilets cost me 420.00 which I think is too much when I already had the parts for one . I spoke to the owner he said that is the rate that the go by out of this book . I feel like I was over charged because I know the rebuild kit doesn't cost 185.00 because I bought the other kit at home depot and it didn't cost 1/3 of that and the used the same kind in the other. I would never use Mudbugs plumbing again . The owner sends me a coupon for $25.00 off my next visit I told not to send it because I would never give them a chance to take advantage of me again

We have used Mudbug Plumbing for a couple of repairs at our house. They have been able to complete our work in a timely manner and for a fair price. I recommend them and will call them the next time I need plumbing services.
