Jimmy and his team were amazing: highly professional, reliable, and thoughtful. I have hired with several other plumbers and Jimmy definitely stands out for the quality of his work but also for his care and straightforward approach in trying to do what is best for the customer. This kind of professionalism, I find, is quite rare. I will definitely continue to hire them for my plumbing needs!

We had a kitchen plumbing issue where our sink didn’t drain properly. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. We called Broussard Plumbing and the next day they came out. The guys were super courteous and professional. They showed us exactly what the issue was. They fixed it quickly. They cleaned up and were on their way. I would call them back in a second for any plumbing issue in the future. They were AMAZING!!!

Professionalism and doing what they say will get done. Without a doubt the most knowledgeable and patient staff. There is no other plumbing company I would use on my own personal house nor any of my many remodel jobs. As a contractor, I have to trust the people I hire to be great with customers, know the job will be completed without issue and the pricing to fair and as stated. Super fast and very reasonable pricing, cheaper than most! Sewer backing up on Friday, Jimmi responds ASAP and finds a broken pipe under the slab, digs on Saturday, (28') repair on Sunday and replace dirt on Monday, Job complete. All on Christmas weekend! Highly recommended.
