Brad arrived within 30 minutes of informing me that he was on the way. He inspected the problem areas, made suggestions prior to repairs. He informed me of each step that was being taken.

Came as promised on Friday afternoon leading into Mardi Gras weekend for toilet repair. Service was prompt, professional, and personable. Couldn't have been more pleased. That's always been our experience with Richie's Plumbing.

Water heater replacement, including replacement of vent stack, was done efficiently and professionally. At the conclusion, everything that had been moved to provide sufficient work space was back in their original locations and the work area was spotless. Won't hesitate to use Richie's for any future plumbing needs.

The guys came out right on time and fixed the two problems right away. Thevfront office was great and easy to work with in setting up the appointment timely. Great work!! Thanks !!

My main water supply line was leaking and I had to shut off my entire house, but Richie’s Plumbing repaired it within one day of my call and for a fair price (did not gouge me for emergency work). I’ve used them before and will use them exclusively going forward. Truly a solid business.

I have been a customer of Richie’s Plumbing for over 20 years. When our kitchen sink leaked causing serious damage, to the floors, Richie’s Plumbing responded quickly on the same day by sending a crew out to assess the situation. This year, a pipe in the slab busted and flooded out our master bedroom, closet and hallway. It was a nightmare trying to find the leak while the floors were being ripped out. Richie came out personally and capped the pipes to stop the leak; he also came up with a plan to address the problem. I highly recommend Richie’s Plumbing for any plumbing issues. His crew is knowledgeable, efficient and trustworth - plus they they listen and are excellent communicators!
