My kitchen sink wouldn’t drain, so I texted Brad at Richie’s Plumbing. He came out the next day, fixed it fast, and the pipes have worked perfectly ever since. Professional, quick, easy, and reliable.

If you need something replaced, call them. If you want a specific service done, don’t bother. Just trying to get my water heater serviced and the drip in the toilet to get fixed. He told me that a part in the back of the toilet needs to be replaced. In the same breath, he told me that he would have to rebuild a new toilet. The plumber that came to my house said “Oh, I don’t do that. I only do replacements”. I asked if there was someone else that I could get with to see if they can help…nope. “We don’t do that”. What a waste of time and money. $55 for him to look at my hot water heater and say, nope.

I called for a blockage in my ac line. They said, it was the AC unit. The AC guy said, it was the water lines blocked. After a month of back and forth, and $400 between the two companies, Roto Rooter came today and it was a blockage in 2 spots. $245. Never will I use this company again.

Daniel and Noel did a job at grandparents’ so I’m writing on their behalf. They are over the moon with the job done and singing praises! The work was done as minimally disruptively as possible and went above and beyond.

They did an amazing job. My only problem was I thought the bill was one price but it turned out to be higher, which wasn’t throughly explained. I didn’t mind because they did a great job.

I have used Blair plumbing since 1986 - 0ver 30 years and the last few days have been a horror. Last week I called to check a plumbing problem and for days they promised a plumber was coming and he never appeared. The woman who answers the phone told me that my phone line was always busy which is ridiculous since we have the same phone number since 2005. Now I have to find another plumber since these people are incompetent.

Had these people snake out a shower drain, and they went through the pipe. Service man said it was done, but when we used the shower, flooded the whole house. Called them to let them know what they did, they act like it was my fault. Do not use these crooks!
