My husband and I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing. Frank and his team, Mike & Ryan were terrific. We needed to replace our ancient water heater, and it was a very tricky job! We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. Thank you all again for the great job!

Bob’s Plumbing assisted me with the permit process for installing a garden water meter. They worked with Jefferson Parish to file the permit and start the process of installing the meter. I am very pleased with the service they have provided.

My experiences working with Bob's plumbing began after Hurricane Katrina and our relationship has continued to flourish. They have installed a Kohler cast iron tub. a hot water heater and most recently provided guidance onplumbing at another property. Mr. Frank is always pleasant, available and professional.

This is the fourth time that I have used Bob's Plumbing. From changing kitchen plumbing, installing a dishwasher, installing new toilets, and unclogging a drain line. All of the plumbers have a work ethic, are courteous, arrive promptly, repair what is requested, and are upfront about pricing. I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing. They've been doing various work at my mom's house for over 15 years. This time, the hot water heater died after filling the laundry room with water. Frank quickly ordered a replacement, and he and his coworkers installed it the next morning. This was a tricky installation, and they did an awesome job. I wasn't even home (a caregiver was present), and Frank kept in contact via phone, text and pictures. They had to move a refrigerator, a huge sink (they replaced the old useless p-trap!!) and the washer and dryer. Brought everything up to code, installed an overflow pan that drains to the outside so we don't flood if this ever happens again. Couldn't be more thrilled. When I got home the next morning, they left the area nice and tidy! I figured I would come home to a mess. Again, thrilled! We always call Bob's Plumbing, and I would definitely recommend them. I like supporting locally owned businesses.

I had to have a water heater replaced and they came in annd explained the process and were very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

Take a look at my reviews and you will see that I only leave them for the best and the worst. I don't pull any punches and I don't hide my feelings. This review is going to be about one of the best. I moved to Jefferson 7 days ago and found out there was a small drip in one of my walls. It was Friday morning and I knew that there wasn't much time. My boss had recommended Bob's Plumbing so I gave them a call. The guy who picked up the phone was super nice and got all of my information. He sent someone out within an hour. I'll say that again. He sent someone out within an hour. A plumber. Most plumbers take hours just to show up. The plumber who showed up was incredibly polite and made it a point to listen to everything I had to say. You could tell he was already coming up with a game plan as I provided more details. As soon as we finished talking, he sprung into action and went to work. I appreciated that he made it a point to carefully move furniture out of the way and use a drop cloth to make sure everything stayed clean. He explained everything he was doing while he did it so that I knew exactly what was happening. He did a tremendous job cutting a square of drywall. I've seen guys make a mess, but his work was very accurate. Again, it's that attention to detail that makes the difference. He was able to immediately identify the problem. There was a small drip in the P-trap. He went outside and cut a piece of pipe for a perfect fit then made sure everything was replaced and sealed properly. Even cleaned up the little bit of debris left behind after the work. My Dad used to be a Maintenance Supervisor for luxury apartments so I've been around plumbers and other technicians my entire life. These guys are definitely top notch. I felt comfortable talking to them on the phone as well as meeting with them in person. They did a first class job without any issue. If I ever have a plumbing issue again then Bob's Plumbing will be the first people that I call. I would give them 10 Stars if I could.

Bob's Plumbing is fantastic, they have been to my house for a few different repairs, this past weekend I discovered a leak in the water heater in the attic. They were out Monday morning to replace it and did a fantastic job, they also fixed a Delta one handle faucet in my Master Bath and actually had the replacement part on their truck and now it's like new. Bottom line is they offer great service and are very knowledgeable.

I called Bob's last Thursday because of a leaking water heater, Frank came out that afternoon to check it out and sent Mike and Ryan to replace it Friday. He called me Friday evening to check on how heater was working. This was my first time using Bob's, I will definitely call him again with a plumbing problem.

Frank and Bob’s Plumbing have completed at least ten repairs and installation projects for my wife and I. From basic toilet repairs, drain line clearing, etc. to major jobs like opening our first floor ceiling for the removal and replacement of rusted out fifty-year-old three inch drain pipe.
They have come quickly for emergencies (broken pipes at rental property) and water heater replacement. Bob’s always arrives on time prepared to do the work.
I have referred them to both my adult daughters for work on their homes and to numerous friends. Everyone has had positive experiences with Bob’s.

I have been a customer for over 35 years, both for my home and for my rental properties which were all built before the turn of the last century, 1 is listed as historic. I cannot possibly remember all the different plumbing issues we have had over the years, many very complicated. What I can remember is that the men who work at Bob’s have been excellent. The problems have been unfailingly resolved and repaired. Also, they have always been unfailingly polite, kind and left their workspace as clean if not cleaner than they found it. The bills have been totally fair and clear and I recommend Bob’s highly, 100 stars! KDP

Fast, courteous, responsive, quality workmanship and reasonably priced are just a few of the words I never thought I would be saying about calling a plumber out, but Bob’s Plumbing is the best! I poured through the reviews looking for a plumber that I could be happy with and I decided to give Bob’s a try. I had a leaking outdoor spigot and called Frank who said that he could possibly get me in that same afternoon or by the next morning. Later that day, I asked him if it was okay to add on a few more items that I had been putting off but would like to get addressed as well. He assured me that it was no problem, and he would add the items on.
The plumber, Brian called me the morning of, to let me know when he was on his way. Brian and Scott did an awesome job teaming up and tackling our problems. In just a short amount of time, they replaced two outdoor spigots, fixed a sink faucet that I could not get adequate water pressure through and fixed a toilet that kept running. I am so impressed by the quality workmanship and how they patiently explained what they were doing along the way.
I will not hesitate to use Bob’s again.
