I needed a tub drain line leak fixed that was difficult to reach and contacted a different company who gave me a high estimated that involved cutting a hole in the ceiling below for access. I decided to contact Bob's and sent pictures of my issue to Frank who told me they could fix it without cutting a hole. Mike did the job the next day and saved me $450. I definitely plan to use Bob's again.

Excellent experience with Bob's Plumbing, who went above and beyond the call of duty when my water heater went out. It was a Wednesday afternoon and we were without hot water. I tried many different plumbers, none of which could take my job before the weekend. I got Bob's number from a co-worker and felt lucky to find them. They "squeezed" me in early Friday morning so I'd have hot water during the weekend. Their price was completely competitive with any other plumber. The workers arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and finished the job quickly. I moved their business card to the top of the stack - Bob's Plumbing will be my first call now. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Frank, Mike and Matt have been wonderful in helping me get plumbing work done on my home. I had smelled a gas leak and had Entergy come out and they ended up taking the gas meter off! I was kind of at the mercy of getting a plumber and contacted Bob's Plumbing based on all the great reviews. They have really gone above and beyond to complete the job in a timely and cost efficient manner. Frank has been keeping me updated and Mike and Matt were considerate, tidy and thorough in their work. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a kind, professional and honest plumbing company. We communicated with Frank on expectations and costs. We sent pics of the tub and motor. Frank even suggested we try certain things to fix the issue ourselves. Josh and Bernie were on time and very professional. They came fully prepared to repair or replace the jacuzzi tub motor. We were very impressed with all aspects to include estimate and details involved with the repair work. Bob’s plumbing is over an hour drive from our Napoleonville but they are the best by far. We will call on Bob’s Plumbing again when we are in need!

I will definitely be a repeat customer. Frank and Marty showed up when they promised and accomplished the repairs I needed amazingly fast. The price was very reasonable compared with the experiences I've had with other plumbers in the east Jefferson area. Keep up the good work guys!

Update. If there were 10 stars available, I'd check them all. This is three years later than the above paragraph. Frank and his crew installed two water heaters in my attic at a very reasonable price quickly, expertly, and clean. Frank and Mike were especially helpful in getting these installed in a hurry because we're having company for Thanksgiving. I couldn't say enough about how much I recommend them.

A highly reputable plumber I'd known and used for over 30 years retired, so he highly recommended Bob's Plumbing when I needed a special tankless gas water heater installed asap. I wasn't disappointed....Bob gave me a fair estimate. His professional office staff and crew know what they're doing....showing great communication skills and their expertise installing the heater quickly. He's earned my future plumbing service needs and I won't hesitate to highly recommend him to friends and family.

We lost our former plumber and needed a new water heater. Received Bob's Plumbing as a referral. They responded quickly to our need. The job was very difficult but Frank and Marty did a great job. This was my first time using Bob’s Plumbing and I’m very glad I did. Josh and Marty did a fantastic job installing 3 toilets, repairing some incorrectly installed pipes (installed by different company) under my sink and replacing the supply line to my dishwasher. Bob’s was recommended to us and did not disappoint. They were the only company who said they could send someone out the next day to detect my toilet problem. Other companies wanted me to wait weeks! Marty came, diagnosed the problem, and got us on the schedule. When it was time to do the work, Mike and his team were on time, super professional and went above and beyond. Frank communicated about scheduling and pricing all the way through the job. The price was very fair and I would definitely recommend them!

Bob's plumbing is dependable, trustworthy, and honest! Their plumbers and techs are extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Frank looks out for your best interest, not what will make him the most money. They had the best price on a water heater and better quality than the stores. I also mentioned in passing that I was unhappy about something with my brand new dishwasher. They looked at it and fixed the quick problem for free. I will absolutely call them again!

Bob’s Plumbing has been my # 1 for over 20 years of outstanding service that they have provided to me. I am happy with the the job they did. I now have a better and more dependable plumber, compared to the company that installed my water heater!! They gave a lot of different excuses to come and fix my water heater that is only 4 years old! Well that company that wouldn't call or return my message's or calls just lost a great customer who owns three homes.

Second update. Marti and Josh came out today on time and fixed several small plumbing issues - disposal, drip and clogged sink. Once again great and reasonably priced service.

Do not use them! If you do, don't say you weren't warned. Frank, the owner told me they charge $180/hr. He charged me $1195. I sent him a check. Afterwards, I was trying to figure out why it was so expensive. When I asked Frank to send me an invoice, he said I will once I get your money. I asked him why I couldn't have it now, and he said I want your money first. This made no sense to me. I told him that Mike, his plumber only worked for a total of 4 hours which should have been $720. He told me that his plumber was at my house for 2 hours the first visit and 4 hours the second visit. When I told him that Mike was only at the house for 2 hours the second time, he said his worker doesn't lie. When I told him that my cameras documented when he came and went, Frank stopped talking to me. I have tried endlessly to get in touch with him and he won't respond. He charged me $835 for 2 hours of work. Be careful! Make sure you document their hours and don't pay them until you get an invoice.

I called Bob's yesterday with a leaking water heater and they were able to dispatch someone the very next day. They got the unit swapped out and brought up to code at a resonable price. They used good quality equipment and the gentlemen that showed up to the house were very professional and knowledgeable. i would highly reccomend them. I will definitely be using them in the future

In 2008, after two companies said it was impossible to add a bathroom to my attic space, Bob found a beautiful, clever solution. He's been our go to plumber ever since for this 100+ year old house. Recently, a scheduling conflict to replace a kitchen faucet would have meant being without water til after a long holiday weekend. Frank scrambled to find another plumber available to fill in for them. Highly recommend. Thanks Bob's Plumbing!
