Dealing with other pool companies since having a inground pool has been nothing but a nightmare. I was overcharged, charged for things I didn’t need, was told that my pool needed a complete overhaul, etc. I couldn’t believe the charges. I have a very small inground pool. I was in disbelief at the charges. In addition, by time the weekend would come, I could not even enjoy for a day! My pool looked horrible after they left within two days! If I had a problem or a question (which was rare), I could never get a phone call back.
If your pool is serviced by a company, you know that most of the time your pool is serviced during the week, not at the end of the week, as Friday’s are the first to be scheduled out by existing customers. This is by no means a pool company’s fault, it is a schedule that is adhered to and made up of existing clientele. A pool no matter what day it is serviced should look good until the following week.
My experience with owning a pool was a nightmare, until Water Dogs! They know what they are doing! For real! Their pricing is consistent, I am not overcharged and if something needed to be fixed, they told the truth and did it correct, the first time!!! They take pride in what they do. And yes, they answer my phone calls!!!! True customer service. Water Dogs is a small, personal company. So care is taken by the owners, not by employees running in and out in a rush. They treat my pool as if it were their own, I know, I have cameras! You cannot find another company like this. Trust me, I am almost three years into this and they have been a true blessing. By time the weekend comes my pool is still in pristine condition. It operates effortlessly. They are kind, patient and professionals. Personal attention at its best. Look no further, they are it!

Three months ago I purchased a home with a pool so I am new to pool ownership. After a month of fits and starts (more fits) with another company, a friend of a friend recommended Waterdog Pools. Thank goodness! They are truly amazing, helpful and trustworthy. Immediately they noted a broken plumbing issue that was missed in the inspection but said it wasn’t an urgent fix - when it became urgent a month or so later they fixed it immediately at a very reasonable price.

They come weekly as they said, the pool always looks more fabulous when they’re done and couldn’t be more helpful. When it was discovered the pool may have a leak (as it turned green and was immediately remedied by Waterdogs) they knew who to refer me to and even once the leak was discovered found a company to fix it for me since it wasn’t in their wheelhouse.

I trust them and could not recommend them more!

They have done a super job on my pool for the past several months when I changed from a large Pool Company (Pelican) to Waterdog. I am so glad I did!! They are more professional, do a much, much better job and they are less expensive, Not to forget, they are more dependable, way better communicators and all you have to do is tell them one time what you want and they will do as you asked. If you had nightmares like I did, make the switch yourself. You won.t be sorry.

They are the best! This is my 1st home w/a pool. Jessica came thru 4me when my pool was in really bad shape. They've been personable, knowledgeable, trustworthy & responsive. She takes time 2answer questions and makes great recommendations. She's been on point with everything. I recommend them highly. If ur looking 4a team 2take care of ur pool, don't hesitate. If you need pool service or repairs, definitely call Waterdog pools. I am not a regular customer, but I called Jessica in the morning about a broken pump/motor that I needed fixed right away. She was at my house the same afternoon and completely fixed the problem. Her promptness, service and professionalism were all extraordinary. If I have any other issues with my pool I now know who to call. Thank you Jessica!!!

Jessica and Jonathan of WaterDog Pools are amazing. They do a great job every time, and their customer service is outstanding. Here’s a SMALL example of how great they are.....recently my pool was about to overflow during consecutive days of heavy rain. I called Jessica on her cell, and she picked up right away. Although it was the end of the day and it was still raining, she came over anyway to help. She spent 45 mins in the pouring rain draining my pool from the filter (old pool and no better option), waited for it to be done, and even helped tape over threads for a few better seal points while she waited, all while helping me better understand my system. Can’t thank them enough for the work they do and for their friendliness and responsiveness.

We love WaterDog! We had a broken pump motor and they had it fixed in 24 hours. We’d never even called them before. Our dog loves the treats they leave too. Great service.

We love Waterdogs Pools. Jessica and Jon are awesome. Not only do they keep our pool beautiful, but they also let us know anytime anything is broken or needs replacing. As a bonus - they are wonderful humans who bring treats for our Krewe of crazy dogs.

We used their service for about three months. Our biggest issue is that they would come out only on Tuesday when we only utilize the pool on the weekend and holidays. By the time I would get in the pool on Friday, I would have to spend the first 20-30 minutes cleaning out the debris myself and sometimes even brush or vacuum the pool. We asked them to start coming out later in the week on Thursday if possible, and they were unable to accommodate us and explained that they could only come on Tuesday. We asked if they would be able to change it in the future if a slot opened up and we were told that Tuesday is the only time that our pool guy is available in our area. If we swam on Sunday or a Holiday Monday, by that Tuesday, the pool was already cleaned by me, and all they had to do was check the chemicals and add if necessary. The guy even mentioned how clean the pool was one time when he came out and my wife mentioned that it was because we swam the day before and I had cleaned it. Due to this, whenever I got in the pool on a Sunday or a Monday, we asked that they not come back until either Thursday or the following Tuesday as I had already cleaned the pool and did not want to pay $30 just to have them check the chemicals. When they came out after skipping a week, I was told that the pool now had Green Algae and it would cost $75 to get rid of it, and they would have to come out weekly (only on Tuesday) in order to prevent it from happening again. At this point it dawned on me that I was merely paying them to check and add chemicals to the pool and I was doing most of the heavy lifting myself. I asked again if they could start coming out on Thursday so we would not have these issues, and I was told that another company may be a better fit for us. Other than that, they are very reasonably priced, very polite, and easy to get in touch with. I wish they could have been more accommodating, as they provide a great service.

We are new 1st time pool owners and we have an above ground pool! Even so Jessica took the time to explain and recommend amazing things to get us on the right track! Always willing to help and offer suggestions, even called to check to see how we were doing and if the pool cleared up! The help Jessica gave got our pool back in tip top shape! If I had an in ground pool that need maintenance and care I know who I would call WATERDOGS!!!! Thanks for all your help Jess your the BEST!!!!!

Water Dog Pools is the best! They provide excellent service and are very friendly and responsive to any questions. They go above and beyond to take great care of our pool. As an added bonus, our dog loves them (only partially because they bring him treats)!

Jessica and Jonathan are just a great duo. I strongly recommend them for any pool services. I just cant express how friendly and knowledgable they both are. Jessica was able to answer questions to keep my pool from growing algae while my pump motor was out. I would rate this higher than 5 stars if I could.
