WaterDog Pools has taken amazing care of our pool. They are knowledgeable, professional, reliable and rates are reasonable. As new homeowners, Jessica has helped us understand pool ownership and she always makes sure our pool looks beautiful. She has even come to maintain the pool on non-scheduled days if we have an issue. She and her company are truly awesome. Thank you WaterDog Pools!

The WaterDog Pools team is the best! They are so nice and helpful! We had a small issue with our pool, which they new how to fix right away and kept monitoring the problem (at no extra charge). They text me when they are on their way to our house to let me know before they arrive.
They're all around great people and our pool is always clean and in good shape, thanks to them! My neighbors also use them and love them. I highly recommend WaterDog Pools! :))

Highly recommended! My above ground pool was at the point of no return (so I thought). Even through the busiest season with no service appointments available, Jessica still took the time out to give me the best advice possible on how to get my pool back up and running myself. She provided recommendations on reasonably priced products and step-by-step instructions. My pool was as good as new in just 3 days! This company genuinely cares about they work they do, not just for profit. If I ever need pool services in the future, they will be the first I call.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Jessica, Jonathan and their team have been servicing my pool every week for almost 2 years. They are fantastic! They’re friendly, reliable and very reasonable. I love that ever since I hired them, I don’t have to think about the pool at all. They have a key to the gate, show up weekly, and the pool is always clean. I completely trust them and had no worries when I left for the summer. They also love my dogs and I’m a huge fan of dog lovers. I initially called them because “dogs” was in the name, and I’m so glad I did. I researched a few other companies at the time and these guys were clearly the best choice. And not just because of the name. I highly recommend them! Thank you for being so great!

The team at WaterDog pools has been incredibly helpful with my pool repairs. I had been wanting to do some electrical upgrades and they delivered in a big way. I got new conduit and wiring for my pool equipment. I could not be more thankful for their clear communication and helpfulness. I will continue to work with them in the future.

I feel very fortunate to have found Jessica and Jonathan at WaterDog Pools. Jessica was able to diagnose my issue via a few SMS messages and videos. Not only are they competent, but they also had such a great attitude about the work. Three main points: 1) they quickly figured out the issue and resolved the situation 2) they took the time to teach me about my system and how I can do some steps myself and 3) Jessica even went above and beyond, noticing another unrelated issue and even fixed that. Jessica and Jonathan are lifesavers!! Excellent service and very friendly. Jessica talked me through a small issue over the phone after i sent pictures. I needed more work done. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule. They explained everything they did to me and showed us how to do it on our own. Very reasonably priced and sent information on what products they used. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs pool service and cleaning.

Jessica and Jon have been exceptional! I was attempting (never again) to maintain my own pool. I lost all chemical balance and it turned green. I tried to trouble shoot with no success. I called Water Dogs. Jessica and Jon came out same day, and within 24 hours my pool was crystal clear with no draining required. I was stunned. 3 months later, they text me while “on the way” and my service has been superb. They have to be best in New Orleans area. Highly recommend! You will be glad you make the call/switch pool service.

Great service and appreciated the quick response after texting them regarding my pool pump issue’s.

We are thrilled with WaterDog's service. As new pool owners I wish we'd hired them earlier; we would have saved $$ and aggravation. The previous guy just did the minimum, and we needed more guidance as the pool had some issues. In addition to excellent service & water quality testing, they have provided sound advice on equipment. They've also been patient with our numerous questions about pool care.

We are new to pool ownership, and we have figured out how to do most of it ourselves, but when we ran into some issues last summer, we knew we needed people with a level of expertise we didn't have. We found WaterDogs after reading glowing reviews and asked them to come help us in our time of pool crisis. (We also really liked the name.)

They came right out to the house and not only solved our issue, but educated us about pool care and how all of our equipment works. Jessica is prompt, thorough, and very knowledgeable about pools and all their systems. She has helped us several times since, and we have been grateful every time.

We most recently had an electrical issue, and WaterDogs came out to try to determine what was going on with our pump system. After troubleshooting everything they could think of, the WaterDog team directed us to a contact that was better suited to work on electrical issues. They really care about getting you all set up and solving any issues you have, even if they need to refer you to an outside source.

I highly recommend the team at WaterDogs for all your pool care, or even if you just need some help now and then, like us, this company will definitely do everything they can to get you up and running again and enjoying your pool. Five stars.

Update: Put them under contract for quartly cleanings since they did such a great job and were very trust worthy, respectful of our property, customers and employees.

We hired CoKo’s Pressure Washing to clean our red brick commercial building on the Westbank and couldn’t be more satisfied. They soft washed the metal roof, cleaned all of our gutters, and made the brick siding look brand new. They also did a fantastic job washing all the windows and glass doors, and pressure washed the parking lot with surface cleaning equipment that left everything spotless and safe for customers.
