I cannot say enough good things about Express! They were hired by my home warranty company to repair my HVAC system. If all of my home warranty vendors conducted business like them I would be delighted. They were professional, courteous, communicative, timely and above all else HONEST. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that they knew what they were doing. Customer service was STELLAR! They were always polite and took the time to explain every step of the way. I will definitely continue to use them with or without home warranty. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Justin just left after servicing one of my home's A/C units. He showed up on-time, identified himself and was very friendly. He quickly discovered the problem (clogged drain line) and easily repaired it. He was respectful and polite the whole time. I could not be more pleased with the response the company provided.

Keith did a amazing job fixing my systems a few times in the last 3 years. He's a really good Technician always takes his time really detailed. I recommend Keith for all yall repairs. Always been personable and shows up on time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫

Omg Justin was wonderful he was very professional. He arrived on time he answered every question I answer. He was really nice I give him 10 ⭐️and I will recommend this company to anybody and tell them to ask for Justin. I had this company come out before and they’ve were excellent. Never had any problems even when I call on the phone they were nice and professional.Justin was also very knowledgeable. It was a lot of things I didn’t know and he took his time and explained everything.

The staff at Express Heating & Air Conditioning were very courteous. Lisa scheduled our job quickly and followed up to ensure the work was performed satisfactorily. Josh and Justin were both very professional, working to resolve the problem quickly and without much interruption.

Jimmy was so professional and helpful and did an excellent job fixing our ac! He really went above and beyond to take care of our coolant leak and came back before the scheduled recheck because we were still having problems. Everyone in the office is also very helpful, and the customer service is excellent. Overall fantastic service and kind employees. We will definitely use Express Heating and Cooling with all our future issues!

Express Heating and A/C was sent to repair my a/c by American Home Shield. The office staff was courteous and proficient in explaining what repairs were needed. The technicians were prompt, friendly and professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I would use Express in the future and recommend them to anyone with heating or a/c issues.
Today, Josh came to my house to do spring maintenance on my a/c unit. As usual, I received the great service that I have come to expect from Express. Josh was professional and friendly and let me know what he was doing at each step of his work process. Thanks Express!

I received service from this company and Jimmy was my technician. He arrived timely, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional! He explained his process to me and educated me on the potential reasons for my issues. His kindness and patience was truly refreshing. I was extremely pleased with my service and highly recommended.

Great experience with Josh, who used his experience to quickly diagnose my A/C problem and help me prevent it in the future. Was back up-and-running in 45 minutes. Strong recommendation!

My service person was Justin. He contacted me before arriving. Shortly he arrived and found the problem. He is a very nice young man and explained the situation clearly. My part was ordered and a few days later Justin returned and replaced the broken motor with the new one. I appreciate his professionalism and clear communication. The company kept me updated and was very responsive. The technician Josh let me know the ETA when he was in route. Josh had the part on the truck and was very professional and friendly. Repair was completed 1st trip. Very pleased.

We recently switched to Express Heating and Air Conditioning for our home A/C maintenance. I had been feeling like we were wasting valuable dollars and not correcting major issues while under contract with the previous vendor. All of the service from the office team to the technicians has been impeccable with Express. We needed major cleaning, and they sealed the return and replaced the plenum. The job was clean and efficient and all for a fair price! We are so grateful for the professionalism and great work!

I think we have had this company solve several different issues for us now. Every time I have been so pleased with their kindness and the work they do. Today especially. We have a 3 month old and our a/c went out. He was super fussy and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule and I could not be more thankful. Good people and good business. 10/10 recommend. I've had a positive experience with Express. They are highly responsive and attentive to my calls. Except on weekends you can typically get same or next day service, which is always beneficial when trying to get your home properly cooled. Thank you for the exceptional service!

Technician Josh P. was awesome. He diagnosed my issues immediately. After receiving the needed part in a day, he came right back and repaired my ac unit. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Just had a home visit and service Joshua and his teammate. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and demonstrated a high degree of technical competence in addressing my HVAC issues. Joshua was very thorough and able to identify Potential opportunities to further improve the system systems in my house. I had a thermostat issue and a blown out disc that made my ac inoperable…

Jimmie was CONFIDENT & compassionate about getting it repaired or replaced if needed in a timely fashion.

From the moment of the service call, he texted so I couldn’t be waiting. His personality was really a plus as if we’d known each other for years!

On April 26 had to reschedule with technician Jimmy because he wanted to come at 10pm instead of 1 pm as scheduled. Lisa said that it would have to be rescheduled. So He came at the correct schedule time on May 10. He was rude and wanted to put an old capacitor in and he started to tell me to go away so he can do his work. I called AHS. Jimmy said he was told to take it away the capacitor and leave by his management. I told him to do so and I will speak with his company and AHS. He never looked at the 2nd ac and said he needed a evaporator coil because of leak. He never did look or go to the 3rd AC on third floor
Because it had condensation. Terrible disposition from a technician.

I had to reschedule an appointment again that came out on May 14, a new technician came out named Josh. He was polite and new how to talk what was
Wrong and put in a new capacitor that was in a box and a start up. He went upstairs and pulled out the relay on the handler. He said he would have to come back if got okay to see where the leak was by putting a dye in the tubing.
He came back on the 17 and found was wrong. He got it cooler on third floor and my first night I slept soundly without sweating. I hope it stays that way. Josh was a God sent. Thank you for hiring someone knowledgeable. He a top of his game.

Update: Unit has broken 10 days later. Was just told they will not be able to get out to see me until after the weekend (this is Thursday). This will be the second time that their repair has held for less than 10 days and I am disappointed that the company isn't demonstrating more integrity in their work by prioritizing a recently repaired unit. Meanwhile the temperature in my home is 90 degrees and rising.

****** (name removed because my concern isn't with the tech but the company) was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C. He was professional, polite, and ensured I understood what was going on as well as the steps needed to remedy the situation. Highly recommend!
