We called on Stanley Steemer to clean a area of carpet in my mother's house that was definitely in need of some extreme "TLC". Cleaning Technicians Allen & Cornelius came to the house, they quickly assessed issue and quickly put a plan of action in motion. The area came out fantastic!!! Literally night & day difference, extremely pleased customers for life now.

We had Stanley Steemer clean our sofa and area rug a few years ago. They came again today. Allen and Cornelius were fabulous. Very personable and polite. They did such a fantastic job cleaning for us. Thank you so much

The service was fast. From appointment being made to arrival was less than 24 hours. I was given the option of same day cleaning. The 2 gentlemen that came were funny and talkative. My stairs looked better with some normal wear. The service was under an hour, the guys were in and out. Strictly business and really enjoyed the price. EXTREMELY reasonable for this economy. 👏

You're ad said that you would do "Duct Patches" they couldn't...

Purnell and Dontae were very nice and professional and knowledgeable and fast and polite. Cleaned up any mess they may have made. They were even singing while unloading the truck 🤣.

Allen & Cornelius were amazing!! They cleaned my sofas THOROUGHLY! I never used a service like Stanley Steemer before, however, Allen & Cornelius will be the reason I will use this service again! They communicated very well, were detail oriented, and were amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend them again! My sofas look beautiful and brand new !

I strongly advise against using this company for grout cleaning. I used them for grout cleaning in my main living area and bathroom. I am getting my house ready to sell. I had painters come in the week before I had Stanley Steemer come in and do the grout "cleaning." When the crew arrived I offered to move anything that they didn't want to. Like the piano and the China cabinet. They moved the piano, making the red scuffs on the freshly painted baseboard. It's on wheels and easy to roll. They used so much water that my MDF baseboards soaked it up, causing them to yellow and swell. They left a large pool of material that I guess is sealant under the China cabinet. The photo is from a week after the "cleaning." They didn't even get the grout clean. I discussed the damage and poor cleaning job with company rep Jim. He had the temerity to tell me that MDF could not possibly swell within a few hours of water saturation. Google disagrees, saying that it can swell within an hour. They did come back out and clean the grout again. It's better, but still not good. It's from the excellence that should be expected of a professional floor cleaning company.

The service was professionally done in every way. Alan and Aaron are very courteous and very thorough in the job they’ve done. I would highly recommend them to do work for me again.

Just had my ducts cleaned. Very pleased with the customer service provided by Carnell and Dante’. They were very professional, explaining the process as they went, made recommendations as needed, and cleaned up after they completed. I would definitely use them again.

Great service . Kyle and Branden were amazing. I had a tenant trash my place and they worked very hard to put a smile back on my face.
