I have used the services of this company several times. They are always responsive, fair with prices, and in my last experience they gave me an honest assessment even though it cut them out of the job. There are many companies out there who would’ve taken the job, charging you for it, saying they thought they could do it, but with no guarantee. Not these people. Honesty like that is rare these days. I definitely give CleanPro a A+ rating.

Clean Pro is a very professional outfit and the employees are very helpful and professional, They are very fast and can faster than I figured. I called on a Monday morning and they were at my residence on Tuesday morning and removed the damaged floor and assisted me and my family everyway possible. I needed 3 area rugs cleaned after my dog had a serious GI issue. I called Clean Pro on the recommendation of my sister. Clean Pro picked up the rugs from my house in Marrero. They were timely returned to me by a very friendly delivery man. The rugs are CLEAN and look better now than they did when they were brand new!

My puppy had shredded the carpet in a doorway next to the ceramic tile in my kitchen. Keith came out to assess the damage. He came up with a great solution and put a threshold in place to completely repair the damage. The carpet looks great again. Keith was friendly and kept both appointments in a timely fashion. The repair was completed at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly use this company again for any cleaning or repair problems in the future.

I highly recommend Clean Pro Cleaning and Restoration. Keith Orth, the owner and proprietor, was met with several obstacles in our home. The 20 year old carpet, which when originally purchased was of high quality grade, had been poorly installed leaving the carpet throughout the house riddled with ripples. To properly do the necessary stretching, very heavy antique furniture had to be delicately moved from 3 bedrooms, a living room and dining room. Keith, and his talented team of 3, including his son, Parrish, along with Jeremy and Nick, handled that task with impeccable skill. The carpets were also in dire need of a deep cleaning. They met that mammoth task with perfect aplomb. A shout out to Bob is well-deserved who professionally oversaw the estimate process. Suffice it to say the fees were fair, reasonable and affordable. Bob came the day before the "big job" to remove the oriental rugs to be cleaned off premises. This well-run family owned and operated business hinges on the expert customer service skills of Keith's wife, Linda, who got the process rolling. Linda was courteous, professional and well-informed. I knew after our first phone chat that I chose the right company for the job. In fact, I was so impressed, Keith and crew will be returning to clean all of the air conditioning vents and ducts in our home. Parrish, who is an expert with marble finishes, will polish the floors in the entry foyer. In the category of 10 stars I happily grade this company with a resounding 11!

Clean Pro was very professional with helping me remediate my water and mold damage. They were quick to respond and assess the damage and then explained to me in detail what needed to be done to properly restore my home. Then they got to work immediately and kept me updated very step of the way. They went above and beyond my expectations. Keith and his team came into our condo complex and worked diligently to identify and remove everything that was damaged when Hurricane Ian hit Ft. Myers, FL. I had Clean Pro come in to clean our floors, and they looked completely different. I didn’t know they even could look this way! They did such a great job! They even went above and beyond by mentioning all the lint coming out of our duct work, so we called them back to have them clean that out. They were fast and efficient! And Mike was great! They were very professional, time efficient and did a great job of blowing all of the lint out of my duct system. Our first experience with Clean Pro when they came to clean out out the dryer vent in our Delimon Condominium. They were right on time, very friendly and did an excellent job. They were very careful with our appliances and did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Fair price. I would highly recommend hem.
