No call, no show during there 2 hour scheduled time frame. I had to call them after knowbody showed up to see if they were coming.
If your running late or have equipment issues, all you have to do is give a curtesy call to the customer to see if they can extend or wait longer for someone to show.

My antiques were broken within the first hour of service and when items were missing was told that they were broken but was never reported to me. Then was told they hire temps to handle my valuables. It’s hard enough to lose items with fire but then to have treasured antiques broken or and not returned is heartbreaking

I bought an old house that had tile throughout most of the place. It needed tiles cleaned and the did the grout too. On time, friendly and did a great job on cleaning it up. There was a huge difference and I recommend.

Keith came by this morning to look at what might be a small mold situation. He advised me that it was a very small and isolated situation because of moisture having accumulated at the mouth of one ceiling duct outlet from low air flow and that nothing needed to be done other than further opening the outlet's vent. He also got in the attic and noticed that the insulation over that one duct ceiling connector had come loose, which he promptly ducktaped back against the duct. No charge for the brief visit and advice. His work was effective, fast and delivered with a smile.

Bob came to clean my 100 percent wool carpet and said he didnt need to use a chemical because it was a brand new carpet. When the stain didnt come out he then said he told me he had to use a chemical. Bob lied to me and to his boss about this incident so something to consider before doing business with this company.
