Mario and his team are awesome! The job included installing a drainage system, grading, sodding, tree removal, and pool landscaping. I spoke with multiple landscaping/drainage companies. Mario/Clean Cut won easily. Mario listen to my concerns and thoughts regarding standing water in my backyard even after a modest rain. Mario shared what he thought was the best solution and why. My solution was to use electric pumps. He explained why pumps were unnecessary saving me hundreds of dollars and future maintenance headaches. Mario also shared some landscaping ideas for the backyard that my wife and I love. Clean Cut Landscaping Co were total professionals and did an excellent job for us. They completely replaced our week infested front lawn with a new beautiful Zoysia grass lawn. Their communication was great and they took extra care not to impact our neighbors. Would highly recommend!

From the very first moment when Mario came to our home to give us an estimate we could tell he was a straight shooter. He explained that if we wanted a healthy back lawn, we needed to install yard drainage with the appropriate grading and sloping. He also proposed a limestone covering around our garage since nothing could grow successfully there. Mario's team was not only on time - they were early ! They worked hard all day and knocked out our job in 2 days. Each step of the way, Mario himself was onsite explaining each step of the process and ensuring that the total job was top notch and professional. Mario went above and beyond to work within our budget. To top it all off, at the end of each day his team used blowers and hoses to clean up our driveway. From the consultation, Mario was honest and helpful with suggestions. He informed us of what common options were available for our front garden and he was spot on. He helped us choose an option that utilized some of what we already had planted and added a new look all at the same time. Mario and his son and crew were efficient and prompt with response time on phone calls, texts, estimate, scheduling and completing the work. They are very nice and personable. Mario was attentive to directing his crew. They cleaned up after removing my sago palm trees from rock garden and replaced some good soil and my rocks back. I highly recommend them for any of your landscape needs.

If I could give Mario & Clean Cut landscapers 10 stars, I would. The most TRANSPARENT company I’ve ever dealt with. They took pics/video from start-to-finish and showed me where the leaky pipe was coming from; and fixed it! Will continue to use them.

1. Constant and quick communication. You know this is a plus and that a lot of businesses do not return calls or make false commitments
2. Experienced and expert in his field. He was able to fix the problem with our irrigation system instantly and explained everything It was a quick fix that two other companies could not fix. He also fixed a problem with our trees that another company could not figure out either. I was astonished and happy and wished I called him earlier
3. Great workers and quick and cleaned up site after. Everything he did was as promised and even completed on the timeline I needed.
