Unfortunately I have not had good luck with the company. I called and was told to text them which I did. No reply. Texted again and they said sorry, missed the message. Finally they asked what day would be good for me and I told them, said they would be there then, but no time given. On that day someone called to say they had the parts for my repair and I told them no one had ever been there to tell me what need fixed. He said sorry, I have you mixed up with someone else. As if this date I have not heard from them yet. First text was September 30.

123 Chimney Sweep & Dryer Vent Cleaning save the day for me. They were on time, professional and demonstrated the patience of “Job”. This was my very first time using my Wood Burning Fireplace. As the Inspection was performed, every step was demonstrated to me and al of my questions were answered. I love my Wood Burning Fireplace, it changed the entire environment of my home. I “ highly” recommend this company for your services. The other companies were very over priced starting at $300 & up for this same service. I am static with the work performed, the class given and more importantly the price was remarkable!

I was very impressed with this company. I was able to schedule an appointment to clean my blocked dryer vent very quickly. Mr. Tillman arrived punctually at the agreed time and tackled the problem and believe me it was quite a job. Could not believe the amount of stuff he pulled out of this vent, but he got it completely cleaned out and functional again. I will definitely enlist his service again and would recommend him to anyone who needs the service of a reliable and knowledgeable chimney sweep.
