Shalom! Mr. Tillman went above and beyond to inspect and clean my dryer vent. He also pointed out a potential fire hazard that I needed to address. He was very professional and courteous; GREAT SERVICE. I was greeted with a smile, firm handshake and 2 business cards (I appreciated that). Mr. Tillman provided me with an electronic receipt immediately upon payment. I will request his services on an annual basis for my fireplace and dryer vent service. Troy and his crew will be blessing to have over. Troy experience showed through from the moment he heard my unit. A true professional, he went through a thorough inspection to figure out the problem. Other technicians had to call other technicians and they didn't have a solution. Troy did and instead of just saying you knead a new unit, he took the time to go to the shop and find a good enough used unit to give me a few more years before that big investment. He didn't mind saving me money. I will differently have them as my provider once I upgrade. thank you for your blessing.

Called today and Mr.Troy came out today. Very professional and nice.. Fixed our unit within 30 minutes. I will only do business with him from here on out. I highly recommend this company for your ac/heating needs. He is not like some ac companies that want to come out and charge you an arm and leg for minor work.

Outstanding! Knowledgeable, works fast, and dependable! Contacted them on a Saturday, and he was willing to come out that evening! Unfortunately, I had another arrangement. So he came at 7 am on a Sunday! On time and right on time. Got the AC unit up and working fast, checked both units, and came back the next day to replace a part that was covered under warranty. He took care of my Mom! Can't trust too many folks these days, but you can trust these guys!
