He identifies the problem, discuss it with you, let you know what are your options or best solutions, discuss the cost of parts and labor. He even goes the extra mile to discuss cost of different brands of air conditioners and he explains the difference of each to answer your question so you make the decision on your purchase. I bought over an old building that needed some AC work done. I was recommended by a friend to use Twin Enterprise, Tuyen, to do the work. He installed a a 7.5 ton package unit and 4.5 ton split, redid the ducts and installed a curb for the package unit. Everything came out flawless. He gets the work done in a timely manner and is very affordable. He gets all my business for future projects.

If you need AC or electrical work call Tuyen at Twin Enterprise Nola. Our house had an old furnace and blower under the house with duct work that was leaking. Tuyen put new duct work in the attic and installed a new split unit with a gas furnace. He personally did the work and it's functioning flawlessly. This morning we had an electrical problem. Tuyen is a licensed electrician. He was out to the house in an hour, diagnosed the problem, and had Entergy out here to fix what was wrong. I can't say enough good things. Give him a call for AC and electrical.

Tuyen came highly recommended by a friend. He was the third AC repair company I’d had out in the last two years, but the first to actually take the time to properly evaluate the system instead of rushing through a quick fix.

He was extremely thorough and walked me through exactly what was going on. Rather than just topping off refrigerant and calling it a day, he explained the underlying issues and gave me multiple options to fix the problem the right way, not just slap a band-aid on it. The previous two companies simply refilled the freon and said everything was fine.

Several months later, we scheduled replacements for parts that were clearly nearing the end of their life. The service was top-notch, pricing was very fair, and the work was done professionally.
