Thomas Hawkins with Mr Electric was a pleasure to do business with one again! He is very professional, able to diagnose the issue with ease and communicate with the customer on a level that they can understand. He is a very friendly and respectful person to invite into your home. We had several issues going on with our old house and he was able to offer a solution to fit our budget. I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone!

Gerami Liebert was our technician. He did a great job and solved the problem we were facing with the pending freezing weather.

Mr. Brandon Oubre and his apprentice Ju diagnosed my outlet problem within minutes of arriving. They advised me on a plan of action and I readily accepted their solution. Turns out, they were right again. Mr. Oubre and his team have been to my home multiple times and have never given poor performance in any aspect: service, communication, knowledge, attentiveness, punctuality, and personability. The receptionist was very polite and made scheduling super easy. Bonus, a person actually answered on the first call.
I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technicians were both very personable and thorough.

So I had a pretty serious issue with my shower handles producing shocks to me while I was taking showers. I was fortunate enough to have field manager Quincy and Jordan arrive at my house very promptly. They were both incredibly informative, polite and professional. They were able to diagnose that the problem itself was the source of Entergy and the issue was RESOLVED. They were also able to offer me and ton of incite on my home, as it is an old home, and suggested, and explained what updates my home could use to ensure my safety.

To summarize:
Customer service was great, everyone was incredible to work with in a stressful situation.
Pricing was fair and came with warranties.
The technicians were great and informative walking me along every step to ensure I understood where my money was going.

Jordan and Quency were a pleasure to work with, providing polite and informative work throughout the experience, in what was a stressful situation for me.

JuJuan did a great job of getting my issue diagnosed and getting my appointment scheduled for my install. Both he and Jeremiah were very prompt and professional and got the job done the same day !

These electricians were so professional and could not be any sweeter. They were so conscious about cleaning up afterwards they just did an excellent job. I would highly recommend these guys. They were the best I have ever encountered.

Used their Baton Rouge Service. Very satisfied with service and their certified electrician Mr. Ben Reier and staff, including a dispatcher named Mrs. Rita and Shawn or Sean on telephone when answering questions and updating status of permit and job. They were able to make certain work was done correctly and permitted with this new City of St. George Code Enforcement in East Baton Rouge Parish. They installed a Main Breaker/Emergency Shutoff Breaker and Panel on front of my townhouse with surge protection and proper grounding. Thank you. Fast and professional service, fair price.

Gerami and Riley were fantastic!! Did great work and I would recommend them and Mr. Electric to anybody that needs electrical work done in their home. They explained everything they were going to do every step of the way, fixed things that were in dire need of a repair, and provided costs well ahead of time. A+++ service!!

First, I’ll say I got the salesman vibe from the beginning. Diagnostic tests have a variety of levels. I started with the basic. The techs begin checking my outlets until the lead says “at this point we have to upgrade to advanced diagnostic”. This was a near $500 price hike from the basic diagnostic. Less than 10 minutes later the lead tech has miraculously found the problem. I’m not convinced he didn’t know the problem to begin with and just wanted to upcharge me. Second, as they were using their tools in my bedroom, they left their tools on my bed where my wife and I sleep. I believe it’s a basic request to not leave a workers tools on the bed we sleep on. The lead tech’s name was Sam. I hope they do better in the future.
