I was incredibly impressed with the strong and very well organized communication by the staff to let me know what was happening at the moment and when they expected to complete the project. I was always able to reach someone at the company when I had a question. Over time, I encountered may different employees at this company. They all had wonderful communication skills. They were never ever dismissive. Their high level of organization as well as their friendly and always willing to help out to explain were extraordinarily reassuring.
