Today's visit was unexpected and yet I got what I wanted to purchase, found a vanity for my master bathroom that I will purchase later, found a house painter to give me a quote, and was helped with some kitchen items. The employee who helped me was insightful and took the time to look up an unusual request for me. I love coming to this location because everyone is always willing to assist or just say hello.

Imagine stealing someone's child's pumpkins off their porch and their entire candy bowl and trying to run off and you got caught by them while ur driving a company truck so you just throw them into the road. Really sad and bad for business. I would not get work done from these people unless u would like to risk stuff getting stolen from you

Our AC went out late Saturday night. I called Air Kare early Sunday morning, and Steve came out right away. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and was very thorough explaining what work needed to be done. He had everything up and running in a couple hours. Great service, & great pricing. I will definitely be using them for any AC work we need going forward!

We had repair work done on 5 of our A/C's about 6 months ago by Air Kare Air Conditioning and Heating. When turning on our A/C for the first time, one of them did not work and blows out hot air. We called Air Kare and they wanted to charge us $120 for a diagnostic fee for them to come out and check on the A/C. We paid $2,456.61 for the repair and we believe its not fair or right they want to charge us $120 to check on the A/C again.

The first repairman came out and access the problem and called his boss to let him know what was going on. The boss sent out the second team, and they stayed and took care the problem, as long as it took. I give them to thumbs Up.

We have used Air Kare countless times. We had them service 90 A/C units last summer on occupied units and never received one complaint. Air Kare has also came to the rescue on replacement of 2 inside air handlers during the heat of the summer. We would recommend Air Kare for all A/C Repairs and Services...

So 1st things 1st, you get a text message with a picture and a short bio of the person who is showing up when they are in route. Pretty dang cool. The owner himself showed up and is a very upfront and realistic person. He is not coming in trying to sell you a bunch of stuff. It was more like, here is what I see, here is what concerns me, what would you like to do. Very pleasant and extremely informative visit. Felt very comfortable with the visit and now I know for sure who I am calling on and recommending to friends and family moving forward! Great job and wonderful customer service!

I was looking to replace a central air conditioner/heating system. I searched the BBB website for Accredited businesses and contacted 3 for proposals. The first was too high, the second never submitted a price and the third company, Air Kare quoted a price below the national average for a Carrier unit and had an A+ Accredited rating with the Better Business Bureau. They even provided financing at a reasonable interest rate.

They preset an appointment and 2 technicians showed up on the appointed date and time, removed the old unit (which they disposed of) and installed the new compressor, air handler and heat unit and was finished by that afternoon. It was a very professional well run operation.

They followed up by filing out all the warranty information online and presenting us with a packet for our records. At this writing the unit is 4 months old and running perfectly and we are very satisfied with Air Kare.

Life saver! I was stupid and put a staple through an electrical wire which ended up being for my outdoor unit AC and Stephen and Craig were able to come out within the hour and fix the issue. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We talked to Stephen a good bit after and he seems like a really great guy. Will 100% use them in the future for any AC or electrical needs

Our A/C went out on one of those ridiculously hot days and despite being swamped with calls and jobs, Steve showed up a full hour before he said he could originally manage to do so. He had our A/C pumping cold, life-preserving air and within an hour we were no longer roasting in our living room. I highly recommend Air Kare to all in need of good, honest, quick service.

Yesterday we had a a couple of power surges. Although the power came back on, my AC unit was not blowing cold air. It was 106° outside. I called my current AC provider only to find that they don’t work on Sunday. After several other calls to various companies with no help, my house was now 87° inside and my pugs and I were getting nervous. That’s when I found Air Kare. Within two hours Steve was at my home. Was so nice to talk to a local person. Within moments of arriving my air was cooling my house again. We’re already taking steps to move our service over to Air Kare. Thank you Steve for your quick response time!

So impressed with AirKare. We switched to them after a bad experience with a different recommended company. We called when our a/c wasn't cooling and they came out the next day to fix it. A few weeks later, the same issue arose and they came back out. They realized that there was a leak that had grown - instead of charging us another call out fee, since it had escaped them the first visit, they filled our freon free of charge and got us a new condenser the next day. Our tech has been the same each time - Louis - and he is honest and old school. It's our 4th company we've tried and we will continue to work with them moving forward! Professional, responsible, and good value.

Air Kare was fantastic! We had to have our whole system replaced. They were timely, reasonably priced, cleaned up any trash/dirt left behind, and they were extremely professional. Communication was easy and effective. I would highly recommend to anyone and will be using them in the future!

This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I called in after finding Air Kare on Google. They were extremely professional and responsive to my call. I received a text message and an email confirming my appointment and then was messaged when they were on their way. The technicians were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I have used other A/C companies in the area but none as thorough, responsive and professional as Air Kare. They now have a customer for life!!! Thank you Air Kare!!!!

We first contacted Air Kare for what we thought was going to be a repair of our a/c unit outside. The technician worked on it and informed us that the compressor kept shorting out and we would need to replace the whole system. He was knowledgeable and thorough.
Upon speaking to the owner, we were told that if we used Air Kare's services to replace the system, there would not be a charge for that night's work, saving us around $1000.

We contracted Air Kare to replace our HVAC system the following week, and not only did they give us a fair price (and an amazing warranty) on the system, they replaced it in one day. We were only without central air for a week, start to finish.

Colby & Brian (sorry if I spelled names wrong) were our techs, and they were polite, efficient, thorough, and they played good music while they were working. I thoroughly enjoyed having them in our house doing the work.

This company saved me and my two pups from heat exhaustion, and on a Sunday afternoon too! After calling multiple companies who wanted to charge $150+ for a diagnostic and then more per hour (and an additional fee because it was a weekend), Air Kare came to my rescue and charged a very reasonable rate. Manuel Vargas was there within an hour of me calling, diagnosed the issue within about an hour, and fixed it promptly. He even offered to clean up dust that fell when he opened the stairs to my attic. Above and beyond. I just recommended the company to my neighbor and love knowing she’ll be in good hands with this company that helped me so much!

Useless. Uses an AI chatbot to answer customer questions. The chatbot claims to be an employee, then offers services which Air Kare does not actually offer. Terrible and unsafe handling of customer information.
