I had both my AC/Heater go down. The techs worked several hours and when solution was not found another tech was sent out. The precision of checking every detail the problems were found. Both units were restored to full function. My wife has stage 4 cancer and it was very important to restore climate control. The importance they placed on my situation was amazing even being a new customer. I will be forever grateful and can’t give them enough stars to the owner and techs who were totally amazing.

Air Kare was scheduled to come out for 10 a.m., they called to see if they could come earlier, I stated Yes that would be fine. Reason being, I wanted to scheduled an earlier appointment any how. So that was very convenient for me. Our technician was Gavin Ledet he arrived in a timely fashion. He came and he conquered. Thanks Aire Kare for sending such an amazing tech, we will contact you in the near future if need be for your services. I would recommend you all. Have been using this company for all our hearing and ac issues for almost 2 years and they have been nothing but polite professional and efficient.

Unfortunately, woke up to a colder than usual house this morning and quickly realized the heater wasn’t working. I called Air Kare, and I’m so glad I did. They responded immediately, arriving at my house in no time. Their communication is UNBELIEVABLE!! I got two text messages letting me know which technicians were coming to my house with photograph, bio and a link to track their technicians vehicle to my home. Their team was not only quick but incredibly knowledgeable. In less than an hour, they had my heater fixed and running smoothly. The professionalism and friendliness of Colby and Louis turned a stressful morning into a relief.

Gavin has come to handle multiple calls for our unit over the last few years and he is always so professional, helpful, and kind! There’s a reason we keep calling Air Kare!

Technician talked me into membership. Monthly payments. I was told I can cancel it any time. Fast forward year go by, rules changed. No more weekends appointments for check ups. One no show appointment. I decided to end the membership and they told me, Its an annual contact and I have to pay for the full year.

Great business. Happy to help when you're in need of it like it's freezing and the heater goes out or it's sweltering and the ac isn't working right... Love the texts you get about the technician being on their way and a picture. Feels so safe and organized. Have a membership and it's basically paid for itself. Love them. Would recommend 10/10.

Excellent company. Fast service, fair pricing. Bailey (may have spelled her name wrong) answered the call after hours and had a tech out the same day. Tech was very patient and answered all of our questions professionally. When our new system was installed, one of the owners came out and inspected the job himself to make sure everything was done correctly. I try to support local family owned companies, and these guys (and girls) were great. Very impressed!

I highly recommend Gavin, Nick, and Tropical Air Kare if you need or think you need HVAC service. I called them because my A/C was not cooling each bedroom evenly, and I wanted to have my HVAC maintained properly. They were punctual, thorough, professional, and answered all my questions plainly and respectfully. They carefully inspected my house, recommended repairs, and explained how the repairs would address my concerns. They also recommended a maintenance plan and, again, explained everything clearly and understandably, and answered all my questions. I'm having Tropical Air Kare make the recommended repairs and maintain my HVAC, and I look forward to working with them in the future. Thank you!

Patrick Prosper is very UNPROFESSIONAL. He was called to provide service and upon a follow up call to confirm, I expressed to him that we had found some else in short order and forgot to call him, he proceeded to hang up in my face. I will NEVER solicit his services again. As a professional, he should’ve understood that a six hour wait to receive AC service in New Orleans in June is a stretch especially if one works from home.

Patrick and his helper were excellent. They were very professional and went right to work. My compressor motor was swapped out in no time at all. It cools like new. I would definitely recommend Prosper.
