These guys are professional crooks! They’ll take your money and run! I paid them in advance $1,000 to order equipment which we never received and now he’s an insurance agent! Lol watch out he’ll take your health insurance premiums and you’ll never have health insurance.

This company was extremely professional and friendIy, I ordered security cameras from them and they installed them the next day. I loved the cameras, they are so clear. I have recommended Tec Lynx to family and friends and they love there systems too. Thanks again guys

Paid almost three grand for equipment never received and three hundred for installation. This was 6months ago and have been getting the run around since the beginning. At this point I just want my money back. I do not recommend using this company. Do yourself a favor before using this company and go somewhere else .

After my AC went out this week, James came immediately to diagnose the issue. Within a matter of no time, my AC was back up and running. After calling other companies, I was told it would be days before someone could come out. Thank goodness for Premier AC for saving the day! I highly recommend this company, and will refer others to Premier AC. In the future, I will definitely continue to do business with Premier AC. In all, Premier AC is the best hands down based off of their professionalism, high quality of work, knowledge of the staff, and affordability.

My AC unit broke on Memorial Day weekend, and I called Premiere AC and Heating. A gentleman name Carl came out within a 30 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me. Premiere has excellent service from sales to installation.

Best HVAC service tune up. Effective and efficient HVAC cleaning. Honest with customers, which is the highest priority when hiring a company. Will call Premiere A/C and Heating to do all of my HVAC work when it is required.

I wrote a top notch review on a Premier AC & heating several years ago. They appeared to be very qualified, very customer oriented, and would do whatever necessary to resolve any problems with our rental duplex AC and heating. Unfortunately, over the past 2 years or so, everything has changed. Gerard would not show up as scheduled, or he would not complete the job, and then he yelled at me and my husband when we complained about his poor service. Because I had trusted his competence, knowledge, and professionalism, I kept trying to use his service but that just kept getting worse. When I would express my frustration with the lack of response to emergency situations, he became verbally abusive and then quit entirely responding to my requests for service. He walked away from a very expensive install of a large unit and left it on emergency setting for 2 years, in spite of multiple requests to correct the issue that prevented it from working on normal setting. The renters believe their energy bills have been significantly higher, as a result of that setting. Numerous times I have asked him to rectify that problem but, in almost 2 years, he has not. I finally had to call another company at significant cost to correct the problem. It saddens me to say that I cannot recommend this company.

Everyone I came in contact with, from the lady who answered my call to the techs who did the work, were amazing. Very professional and pleasant. They were able to schedule me during my requested time. Let me know they were on their way and took care of me same day. I highly recommend them!! I will be signing up for their maintenance plan to keep my A/C working to the best of its ability! Thank you guys!!

Fantastic service. Managed to do a same day appointment. Technician explained every step, amd was professional and friendly. Absolutely plan to use again in the future (though, hopefully not too soon).
