The repair guy was a very kind young man who was very quick. He had them both fixed in a very efficient manner! Great family owned business! Call immediately though because they stay busy and it will take 2 days or so to get an appointment.

I can't emphasize how pleased I was that I chose this company over a local competitor. Jim and Eric were very friendly and explained everything to me about my refrigerator issue while they were at my home. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and the job was done in only an hour! Their prices were very reasonable and if something breaks again, they will be the guys I call. You won't be disappointed with this company!

Repair person prompt, friendly, and informative. Pricing was reasonable and all up front. Seems like a very honest and professional small business. Very happy.

Derek was friendly and professional. He provided a quote immediately via email. He installed the new heating element in the oven quickly. He tried to help rid the door of the squeak when opening and closing, that did not go away completely. The oven door is easier to open and close now so that is a bonus. We will definitely use Professional Appliance Repair in the future and recommend as well.

Everything was 5 star from my first call to job completion. The technicians were on time, professional and friendly. The only item that was concerning was a $75 charge to use the air sled, a tool they have to make it easier to move large appliances. I saw the charge on the quote and it caught me off guard. They did not use it and the charge was removed but I thought it was odd that I would pay for using a tool that makes it easier and less injury or damage prone for employees or customers. But this was not factored in my review, only a comment. I would definitely recommend Proffesional Appliance Repair and willingly call them again if needed!

Excellent experience. It was our first time using them. Jim was very nice and was able to fix our oven. Rachel in the office was very efficient and very nice. Jim diagnosed the oven’s problem and Rachel called within the hour to provide a labor and part quote. We found the price reasonable. Definitely our go to if we need anything else repaired.

They were on time, and very reasonable price. We are a commercial building and have 5 washing machines. 3 were broken. He fixed 2 on the first trip and quoted us for the last one which had to order parts. I would absolutely recommend them.

I've used Professional Appliance at least 3 times now, and each time has been a positive experience. They are nice, skilled, clear about costs, and generous with advice. I'll absolutely use them again.

I needed my dishwasher repaired and James at Professional Appliance Repair diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was really nice and easy to talk to, and I am glad he was my service tech. He had to order a new motor for my dishwasher, and both times he came to my house he was on time and very friendly. The office staff were also friendly and very easy to schedule appointments with. The cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thanks so much for your help !

Quick and efficient service!
My digital control board was not working on my JennAir oven.
I booked my appointment online; received a call back first thing the next morning; set the appointment and the technicians came out to diagnose the problem; they gave me a quote and ordered the part that was needed. A week later they came back and installed the part. Everything is working perfectly.

I have loved working with this company in the past, but after today will no longer use them. They charged me $300 for $40 in parts and 20 minutes of time.

Most companies I work with charge a service charge for coming out to diagnose the issue. I understand and am happy to pay this. If they say the fix will be more than I want to pay for, I am happy to pay the service charge for their time and trouble.

But if there is work that can be done that day, they will deduct the service charge from their time, or include the 1st hour of their time.

Not today. I was charged nearly $125 to show up at my door, $235 for an hour of time (his work took 20 minutes, tops) and $40 for parts. $160 would have been a lot to pay for the things he did to my dryer, which only needed a hose reattached and a door latch replacement.

I tried to have a conversation with them about how outrageous this was, and give them the opportunity to charge me a fair price, but they just argued with me about it.

Will never use this company again. Everything else has been great about them, but they will take all your money for the simplest thing.

Helpful to fix our leaking fridge/freezer, even sought to help us determine if repairs were covered by recall. Good experience and will use again.

Used this company for years. Recently, I called them to repair my washer machine. They guy barely looked at it, told me I had a plumbing problem and charged me $115.00. The next day my neighbor got it working. When I complained, the lady was rude and said the technician would call me. They never called back. Needless to say that is last time I will use this company. They basically stole my money and got mad when I inquired about it. I called twice..Never again!

Our dishwasher stopped working and flashed an error code. It’s the first time we’ve ever had to get an appliance repaired. Pro Appliance Repair was great to work with. They kept us up to date on when the part would arrive and I appreciated their text updates. We had a great experience all around.

Sam and his team were excellent. Quickly available, well priced, sturdy work. Helped me add a front range hood to my kitchen(electrical and ventilation). Very hard job, super awesome help.

Sam was really helpful and quick with his work. Him and his team did a great job at replacing the plumbing in my house after the pipes froze during the winter.

I highly recommend! We have used Mr. Marin for both heating and cooling and he is wonderful. Able to come as soon as possible
(Next day for us) and very efficient. He does not try to upsell you, and gives best advice on how to keep an older unit running. I give his name whenever I can, and won't use anyone else.

I recently purchased a home and bought a brand new 5 ton unit for the house. I hired an HVAC company to come out and install it but it never worked properly. I called J. Marin and explained the situation in depth and voiced my frustrations because I wasn't able to live in my brand new home because it was air conditioned. They came out the same day to assess the situation. He explained that the first company did a very poor instillation. He took pictures and explained the situation in depth until I understood. He explained that he would have to uninstall the entire unit and reinstall it because it was done so poorly. I trusted his assessment completely and appreciated his diligence in showing me proof of the issue.

The next day he arrived on time and he and his team corrected the issue. He explained his prices to me and his services are so affordable. I am so beyond grateful for his service. I slept at home for the first time because of their diligence. I cannot say enough kind words about this ac company and their owner. I would never use another company. I am beyond grateful!

Heaven sent. My a/c hasn’t worked in months and everyone I called kept saying “ oh you need a new a/c” and they couldn’t fix it. I called this place for my a/c to be fixed last Tuesday. The gentleman who came out was very friendly and very fast. He came right in , checked my a/c and quickly diagnosed the problem. He said I needed parts for my a/c to get it up and running. I spoke to another gentleman on the phone and he told me that my parts should come by Friday. I really wasn’t expecting it to come Friday bc I know stuff happens but to my surprise the technician called that Friday and said he’s on his way and he has the parts. He came right in , fixed my a/c and when I say I haven’t felt my a/c blow this good in soooo long. I’m so grateful I chose this company to service me.

J Marin and the crew were excellent to work with. Phone was always answered, arrived on time for estimate and subsequent work, friendly crew that answered all my questions and concerns, and got the job done right and quickly. Couldn’t be happier with the service and price. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Mr. Marin was excellent. Great Customer Service. He show me as a woman what he was doing from being to end and most people don't do that at all because they think women don't know nothing. He was on time and that is a plus. I well definitely be calling him again for all my future problems with my A/C unit.
