Excellent experience all around. I had another company tell me my unit could not be repaired and gave me a quote for $14k. Jay sent a tech over and he had it fixed in 30 minutes for $149. They also came back and completely replaced the plenum system for a very fair price.

Nigel is absolutely excellent. Our home in New Orleans had a lot of work done on it after Katrina. When we bought the house in 2018 we didn't have any issues, however over the years small things came up here and there. We were recommended Nigel by word of mouth and we are so glad! He was able to inspect and map our electrical box and make upgrades to corroded parts. He then labeled everything so it was easy for a layperson like me to know what switch controlled what part of the house. He also helped to rewire a 2-way switch to a 3-way switch for added controls for our primary bedroom fan/light. I also really appreciate how organized and easy to understand his invoices are, making it easy for me to know exactly what work was performed and the cost breakdown. Customer for life!
