I’ve put up with ridiculously high prices for sub par results for a while. This last non repair was the last time. Paying Accardo’s to repair anything is pointless.

Called on Monday morning for a broken dryer. They retuned my call Monday afternoon. The nice technician had my dryer fixed by Tuesday afternoon. I couldn’t ask for anything more.

Our oven broke 3 days before last week’s family dinner (as luck would have it). Richard came out and fixed it so dad could cook his famous duck recipe. Our handle was loose on the oven door and he noticed and fixed it even though we forgot to mention it. I’m so happy. Thank y’all. P.s. I don’t know how much h+e makes but Richard needs a raise.

My dryer broke down and not only did they show up the same day, but the repairman was very nice and helpful. He had my ancient dryer back up and working in no time! Would definitely recommend!

I dealt with Krista on my broken Samsung gas range oven. I didn't end up using their service, but it was because I decided it was cost effective to buy new (Samsung is garbage - my opinion not Accardo's). I tried to swap out 3 possible failed parts myself and couldn't fix it. Gave up. Krista offered to have someone come out but reiterated what I had already figured out (Samsung appliances are not easy to work on, parts are hard to get, and their manuals are incomplete at best). Instead of throwing more money and time into this pit of an oven, I invested in a new one (Whirlpool).

Krista spent several days working with me and was very courteous and helpful. She didnt end up charging me anything for their time and expertise. Refreshing. I would contact them in the future.

Accardo's Appliance is under-trained, understaffed disorganized and unreliable. If you can get them on the phone, they will come out, charge a service fee and tell you to buy something new. Great business model at $90 a visit.

We have used them in the past on older appliances and they did an okay job replacing a dryer belt or heating element. Since then we purchased newer and higher end appliances.

Before having them service, I asked if they had experience with higher end or modern appliances. They do not and really don't know anything about any newer appliances.

I tossed out a 2-year-old dryer upon their recommendation. They charged me $90 for that expert advice.

More recently they came out to fix a temperature issue on my refrigerator. This time the service technician asked for a check for a "control unit". I was skeptical so I looked online for the part and there it was ready to ship. He said his office got better pricing and quoted me slightly lower. I wrote him a check and he said he would see us in about a week.

Nearly three weeks later still no part, no tracking number and no fridge.

They should have been upfront and said they don't know how to service modern appliances. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS.

For years, we have had continued excellent service, responsiveness and clear sensible and direct communications with Accardo’s! Would recommend for all repair needs.

Very helpful technician, explained what had happened with the power surge to the house and the effect on the fridge. The part arrived quickly and was replaced by the technician supper fast. He also gave us very good general advice on best performing brands. We will use Accardo's again.
