DO NOT SHOP HERE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT ASHAMED OF IT!!!! Read on. I'll tell you my story.

I'm not sure why, but they weren't interested in helping me. I went there hoping to find new lighting for my entire condo building. I spoke to Faye Hargis and and we agreed I would come today, June 13, 2018 around 1:30 pm. When I got there I waited 10 minutes for her to finish with another client. Not 10 minutes after we started talking she answered her cell phone and proceed to have a conversation for 5 minutes with little regard for my time. After she got off the phone we resumed until another employee told her that a another customer wanted to speak to her. Without explanation she just walked off to wait on this person and left me sitting there. Apparently that other person was more important than me. So, I walked out while the other employee just stared. She obviously didn't care either. Neither Faye Hargis, nor anyone else from this store, made any attempt to save me or find out why I left. Just goes to show, they don't care.

It's sad that they are so flippant. It's downright arrogant. As though they are the only lighting store in all of New Orleans. Guess again you foolish, arrogant people.

Leslie spent so much time showing me all the options and possibilities for my new dining room. She answered every question and her prices were fantastic. Highly recommend!

Absolutely not professional, they promised to rewire our entire double shot-gun and bring everything up to code. They did a half ass job, which took six months and then some to be done(they told us it would be done in 2-3 weeks). We had to constantly harass them into doing their job (which by the way they didn't even finish, we are missing five plug in that they promised us in the original contract!). On top of that we had to have them come back and redo the roof attic wiring, because we saw that they ran new wiring right into the old asbestos wiring that was falling apart and giving off sparks if you touched it! When they sent some guys over to look at it, they told us, "this is a fire hazard and illegal", then they asked us, "Who did this?" We said, "you did!" I guess the workers they sent over didn't know that E-1 had done the job to begin with. Who knows what other fire hazards are hidden in the electrical that they did, but we can't see. When they reran the wiring they had to take off all our light plates and when they put them back on half of them our backwards. So, now some of the switches you need to turn down in order to turn on the lights and fans, others up! Not only did we pay them to rewire the whole house they took our money and hooked us up to the old wiring! Luckily we saw before our house burnt down! Dishonest under all points of view, and they bid for a price but they wanted more money along the way for an awful job. We gave them more just to have electricity! And we still have no idea if the job is up to code, and currently we can't afford a professional to take a look at our wiring. If it wasn't for the fact that I can't afford it, I would sue them. When we hired them many of our neighbors warned us about them, but we had already started the process. We had hoped that they were exaggerating, but I wish I would have listened to them at the time and just hired a different company.
