I should have called Frischhertz from the beginning. I have been dealing with generator contractors for 15 years. This was absolutely the easiest & most professional service I have received. Frischhertz was the only electrician to help me with my generator's warranty work. My generator works like it is brand new and no longer leaks oil. I will only have Frischhertz servicing my generator in the future.

I purchased a house that needed several repairs and most of the old wiring replace. I search for companies and I was impressed with Frischhertz Electric. I called on Wednesday Sept 9th, and was told someone would call me back by the end of day. Nobody call me. I called back on Thursday Sept 10th. I was told they were in a meeting but some one was going to call me back. Nobody called me back. I called on Friday Sept 11th. I explained the person who answer the call and she told me she was going to bring this up to the manager and have some one call me back. I never got a call back. I called today Wednesday Sept 16th a week later and they transferred me to a manager. I explained what happened and he did not apologize. His response was " things like that happens".
They have several years of experience but they sure are very unprofessional. Upper management should revisit the way potential customers are handle.
I will not use them and I wanted to share my experience so people are aware on how unprofessional they are and do not care for customer service or new business.

I was stopped at a red light in Mid City two days ago and right as the light turned green, a man got out of his Frischhertz Electric marked truck and stopped traffic to help an older female amputee get across the street. It was pouring rain and she had been waiting in her wheelchair for a while for a clear intersection. I took down a plate number in case he could get back some of the good karma he put out but I’m just glad to see someone happily take a minute of their day to help someone in need.

The guy at the counter was useless. Twice I have tried to spec an entire job with Nu-Light and twice I have been berated. There won’t be a third. I don’t understand why they are in business.

The worse customer service possible, I've never seen a business care less about customer service. If you really want a bad experience do business with Nu-lite.

Trash supply house. Went in for a basic lug. Didn't have it. The guy at the counter acted annoyed to help. They should cut their losses and close this location.

Everyone was incredibly helpful and personable. They have what Lowe’s and Home Depot don’t carry. Love this place.

They may say they close at 4:30, but I just learned that they will not take any cash sales after 4. And by after 4, I mean 4:03. This was my first and last time walking into Nu-Lite which is too bad - I had hoped to avoid some of the big box retailers since I assumed (incorrectly it seems) customer service would be a bit better.

I was very impressed with Lawrence. He was professional, knowledgable and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this business and will call them for all my electrical needs.

After my power went out and then came back on partially, I called googled electricians and called Peoples to have an somebody come to my house but when I told Jordan, who answered the phone, what was wrong he told me to call Entergy and exactly what to tell them, word for word. Entergy fixed the problem about 8 hours later and he saved me on private electrician. He even wanted me to call back to let him know it was resolved because it was COLD and my heat and stove were out. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Came out right away to view project. Said would email estimate Sept 1. in "a couple days. (with a sept 15th need date.) I was so hope ful. NEVER DID. After several phone calls and over a week with a project dead line, texted a number 1499.00 (Sept12 after I called) to do the job. I dug the hole for the line. Flat out lied more than once that he sent an email. This maybe a great price but the stalling and lying I did not appreciate.
