The woman whon runs this on Elysian Fields is especially helpful. Her help not so good. Plants are good and discount section a nice surpise when it happens

I go to this lowes for work almost daily. Full of pleasant and helpful people just expect to wait if you need something from the back..that always takes an extraordinary amount of time.

Lowe's have always been a excellent place to shop at- with great community service, and great prices- Lowe's is the place to go- a 9 star, for sure.

Every time I stop at Lowe's garden center I always see something that I haven't seen before they have such a large variety of plants it's the place to go for spring

I was taken aback by the excellent customer service here. It's always good and that's why I drive to this one. Jackie was beyond helpful. Told her about my back yard issues and she walked me around and suggested a couple of solutions. I'm glad I asked. Once she was done with me, I kept seeing her give great service to others. It was really refreshing and you can tell she like people and helping with projects. She's definitely an asset.

Great service being checked out also. Was bummed that there wasn't any milk weed (what ever will my butterflies do?). But alas, I'll just have to go back!

The entrance to the parking lot is crowded with day laborers, so much so, that it is difficult to gain access to the store. Same when trying to leave. Many people are drinking, blocking traffic, gambling (cards and dice), plus a food truck that draws a crowd. It is not scary, but dangerous. I shop there more often than I want, simply because it is close. I worry that some individual is going to dart in front of a moving vehicle.
Now, as for shopping in the store; finding an associate who knows what they are doing is rare. There are a few here and there. I have met a couple that are exceptional, but this is not the norm.
The Customer (no)Service employees remind me of a golf ball that was hit many yards in the woods from the fairway.
Listen to me, I have complained all the way to Lowe's corporate offices in North Carolina for more than ten years. The last time they contacted me, they said they would be remiss to force a change in their employees culture. You make your own decisions as to what that means. If "rude" and "ignorant" are cultural identities that need to be defended or protected, then do not be surprised to see more of their stores, closing.
As far as products and merchandise, Lowe's, and Lowe's "brands" are mediocre, at best. It looks like they bought the rights and names to quality products, but they forgot to bring the quality associated with those products.

Great selection for the prices. The plants usually need some extra love when you get them home. Great prices on mulch, soil and other gardening supplies.

Called Hank last night about a stump left over after a storm blew my Cypress tree over last week. He said he'd be here first thing in the morning. He wasn't kidding! I work a 9 to 5 and he was done, paid and on his way before I left for work this morning. Bravo!

Hank's is wonderful! The guys were kind, efficient, and did an amazing job. Will definitely call for all future stump grinding needs. thanks!

Crew came on time and performed my stump removal in about 15 minutes. They did a great job and was very friendly. Totally would recommend this company for your tree services.

I was referred to Hank's by a neighbor that was getting some stumps grinder. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and they completed the work quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.

Brandon and CJ were extremely professional and did a great job removing a stump right up against our chainwall. I don't have any more trees on my property, but we may plant some this weekend so we can have the pleasure to work with Hanks Stump Grinding again in 20 years!

Brandon met up with us and explained what was going to happen what it will look like when done. We agreed on the job he got to work 1 hour later nothing but mulch cleaned up very well. I would definitely hire and recommend these guys again.

Gate leading to back yard has small opening which many typical stump grinding machines could not fit through. Hank's machine did the trick. Service was quick, efficient, professional and reasonable. Highly recommend especially if you have a difficult situation.

I was in a tight spot as I needed a stump done last minute for a fence project scheduled to start the next day. Hank squeezed me in and at a very fair price! Thank you!

I looked at previous reviews and decided to give Hanks a try. Called May 4th at 8am. Hank said he would be in my area that afternoon and would call me when he would be at my home. Didn’t show. Called next morning 9am left voicemail. Never responded. Finally contacted another company and they took care of my needs. Hanks is not reliable as far as I’m concerned.
