I can't say enough about how professional and reliable Hank is. He not only does the job quickly and efficiently, he will goes above and beyond to work with you, your schedule and more importantly, within your budget with out ever sacrificing the end result. Truly a nice, honest person which these days are few and far between. In the middle of a very stressful new construction job, it was pleasure to work with him and know he was the ONE person I could always count on to be there when he said he would, to do what needed to be done AND go the extra mile without even asking. A GEM! If you need this kind of work done, look no further. He will not disappoint and you won't be sorry!!!

Hank arrived within 24 hours during a time of emergency, hurricane Ida, he did an efficient and tidy job. He quoted a fare and expected price during a time of emergency. I highly recommend him.

All my questions about the process were answered, with words and pictures, on Hank's website. I was even more impressed when I found out Hank built the website himself.

I hired Hank today to grind several China Ball tree stumps that had grown through the fence in the back corner of my property in Gentilly. He did a great job on that too and he showed me that he got all the way through the roots so I can put in a new fence. I have no regrets and recommend Hank's Stump Grinding.

Great service!! We had three major stump projects for Thaddeus, and he got to work without a second thought. We had a huge crepe myrtle up against a wooden fence, a water oak that had grown through a metal fence, and a maple in the middle of our patio (that was surrounded by rocks & glass walls). He definitely knew what he was doing! Had it all done in no time & cleaned up beautifully. I’ll be recommending them to any & everyone.

Mr. Hank was a really nice guy and very easy to get along with. We talked about all kinds of stuff. As far as the work goes, he should be rated much higher than the competition. I had three other no-shows this week, so I was a little sketchy. I also had a guy who previously came and was supposed to grind this stump. He did not, and Mr Hank showed me the proof.

He said he would be here at 9am, and he was here exactly at 9am ready to give me a quote. He also had his machine on the trailer. Got started right after the fair-priced bid, and it only took him an hour to finish up a huge stump.

To top it off, he dug a big hole with his machine for me since he knew I was going to plant a new tree in one spot and also cleaned up everything with a blower right before he left.

I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a stump ground up.

Called to get an estimate on having 7 tree stumps grinded on my property. Brandon arrived on the scheduled day and thoroughly explained the process and what to expect the finished product to look like. Upon providing me with an estimate that was very reasonable and fair, he said he could start right away! As I was not home while the work was performed, Brandon made sure to call me upon completion and also send me photos of the completed work areas. Upon arriving home that evening, I was very pleased with the outcome of the work performed. Hank's prices are very reasonable and Brandon was a very nice guy and did a great job. I will definately be using Hank's services again in the very near future and will also recommend to other people I know!

Hank is a hard, fast, worker with great prices. He knocked out 12 stumps in 1 hour! On top of all that he did this on a holiday for us. If you ever need any kind of service I highly recommend Hank.

They showed up on time and we're ready to work. Very professional, friendly and affordable. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me after hurricane Ida like other places I called for estimates did. They had the stump removed in no time and placed the pieces where I asked. They even cleaned up after themselves. Worked from the time they got here and there was no standing around. Hank has much better equipment than some of his competitors and was able to finish up a large stump grinding job that someone else we hired said wasn't possible. This other person we hired at 1st charged us anyway even though he didn't finish. So we hired Hank to finish up the job and he was very professional, quick and efficient and even did a good job of cleaning things up so I didn't have wood chips all over my lawn.

Hank came after giant tree was uprooted on my property after the last hurricane. He was so quick, understanding, and extremely thorough, even using a blower to clean up everything perfectly afterwards. He really paid attention to detail in his work. Also, he was going through my neighbor's property, and was careful to leave it clean. I wish everyone did such a great job with such care and attention. (2 people passed on my job because a metal fence had grown into the tree, and he didn't hesitate.)
